I had them do my bridesmaids hair and makeup. Their stylists did a great job however they’re support staff were ridiculous. I confirmed with them twice to having 6 stylists for the day of my wedding and instead of providing what I had asked for they had only 2 stylists and made me an hour late to my wedding. And to top it all off when I made my complaints to the manager, all she could say was «well these things happen, my wedding was 45 minutes late.» Excuse me but your customer service skills are atrocious. I had to call you’re stupid salon on my wedding day in a panic because my bridesmaids weren’t back yet and you have the gall to tell me this stuff happens? Not a business I would recommend for a wedding party. Even though the stylists were great, dealing with the salon was too much of a headache to ever come back to them.

This is a great place to get your hair styles, cut, trimmed or whatever. Very friendly people and extremely flexible hours!
