STAYCLEAR of this location. I have used uhaul about 10 times in the past 3 years. I have never had a problem until I chose to drop off in Saco. I didn’t even rent from here only dropped off. They charged me an additional 84 dollars for wrongful location drop-off. I called after an hour wait on the phone, was told yes this was a mistake you dropped at the correct location we will call you back to fix this. No call back so I finally reached custome service to have them tell me yes again we mistakenly charged you but you will have to wait 4 days for us to review if we will re-emburse you. 84 dollars Iant a lot of money but after the innitial charge of 275 to drive it 100 miles, and now wait 4 days to find out if they will even give it back to me is very frustrating after no apology or any help or even the promised call back, from saco who made the original wrongful charge because they ready the receipt wrong.
