Bouquet of Elegance Floral Shop

I had flowers sent to me for my Birthday from this place and they sent the wrong arrangement. I understand that mistakes happen but when a company contacts you to tell you of the mistake I would think they would want to «fix» their wrong in a timely and professional manner… not the case here. The woman on the other end of the phone wasn’t apologetic at all. She merely confirmed that she knew the situation and what street we lived on then said that we could leave the arrangement out on the porch and a driver would swap them out. Really you want the other bouquet back? In my opinion that’s a bit on the tacky side but nonetheless did it. So the flowers sat on the porch and we’re never swapped out. No one ever called about why they didn’t follow through with what they stated they were going to do and I still have a pathetic little arrangement and some deflated balloons waiting to be «swapped out» at HER convenience. Totally unprofessional and rude not to mention the design and quality of the flowers match their customer service which isn’t saying much.
