The two-story office building is easy to find and offers ample free parking. The building sits right across the street from the Country Club Plaza Mall. The interior of the building is a tad bit dated. The Directory lists some, but not all, of the building occupants. There is a single operational interior fountain-the other fountain requires repair, and there’s no sign that will be happening soon. The seating area is limited with a hodge podge of chairs, but seemed to meet the demand for those looking for a waiting spot. Access to the bathrooms requires a code or key. I haven’t received cupping or acupuncture in the past, and my first visit was pleasant. The administrative assistant provided me with forms to complete, and the practitioner saw me at my scheduled appointment time. I was pleased with the time the practitioner spent listening to my various medical issues, and she was patient and thorough explaining proposed treatment options and the techniques she intended to use. The service was not rushed, in fact, I was surprised she spent time and devoted her attention to my treatment. Fortunately, I’m blessed to have a Blue Shield medical plan which covers the cost of treatment plus my co-pay. It’s not easy finding a practitioner willing to accept the insurance since the negotiated fee is less than the market rate, and I’m glad I found a practitioner willing to serve patients nonetheless. It’s definitely worth giving acupuncture/cupping a try!
