I have just had my second great experience with A&A Appliance. We remodeled our Sacramento kitchen in 2000 and were very satisfied with A&A. We are now remodeling a kitchen in Lodi and went back to them. My wife and I were very happy to meet one of the sales reps there by the name of Aron Tomassi. He was the most informative sales rep for appliances we have ever had the pleasure to work with. We visited the store five times before we were satisfied with our purchases. Aron helped us to figure out what we wanted vs. what we needed. His vast knowledge of appliances helped us to make the tough decisions. But it was much more than his knowledge. He was easy to work with and had a sense of humor. When you are making expensive decisions that should last a long time, all of these human characteristics are valued. A pressured decision made between spouses was greatly aided by this fine individual. I have two other possible kitchen remodels in the future and would not hesitate going back to A&A nor recommending them(with Aron’s help) to any of my friends or relatives.

So while visiting my parents in Sacramento I offered to help with their kitchen remodel and in doing so I ended up here — sort of knowing what they wanted to buy but needing some knowledge on certain products. I went in looked around and was helped by Scott who not only knows about all of the products I was looking at but told me about a few other lines that turned out to be even better(more spends for the parents but they love to cook!) I’d recommend going in if you need top of the line appliances and someone who understands everything about them!

Customer service is appalling. I was told a «worst case scenario» for an appliance delivery date, and that date has come and gone. They didn’t seem to care if I got what I paid for, and have not offered any additional assistance in obtaining the product. I have never seen another customer in this store, and it baffles me how they are still in business, especially with this poor customer service. I wound up canceling the order, and purchasing it from another store. Perhaps Gavin is the only person worth while in this store(or maybe he doesn’t work there anymore), but I would avoid Scott and Aaron at all costs! I agree 100% with William W., and will not return to this store. Perhaps their salespeople have gone downhill since 2010?

I worked with Gavin for my appliance needs during a kitchen remodel and he provided outstanding service and helped us put together a dynamite kitchen we are thrilled about. He was very knowledgeable and was really on top of his game. He could answer all our questions without any BS thrown in. He was also very patient since it took about 6 months from my first visit to actual delivery. The purchase and delivery went off without a hitch, and everything is working perfectly. He even provided a reference for a great installer, who made the install fast and painless. Prices are competitive with other high end stores, and due to the brands they carry, there’s not much room for negotiation. They do try to price match if you can find something advertised for less. Their selection is pretty much who’s who in high end appliances, and they even carry down to earth brands like Samsung and Bosch. One nice touch is they accept Amex, so I was able to use my Costco Rebate Amex and get 1% back! When you stop in and talk to Gavin, tell him Anthony sent ya!

I just had a great experience at A&A Appliance Solutions and wanted to pass along my recommendation for this company. My boyfriend bought a VERY expensive vacuum from this store a couple of years ago and it suddenly stopped working. We live in a house with 2 dogs and 2 children, so a vacuum is essential. I brought it into the service area behind Dollar Tree and was prepared to leave it there and come back in a few days. Super cool guy Mike actually took the hose apart while I stood there, and, to my horror, took out a huge tangle of pen caps, dog hair, carpet, etc. Then he put the hose back together and tested it — good as new. He walked it back out to my car and said have a great day. Thank you, Mike, for your genuine AAA service. Your company should be proud of you. And we will return for the water filtration. :)
