Do not use this company. After receiving an email confirmation they told us they sold out and didn’t have a car for us. This left us stranded on our trip and the guy would not accept responsibility.

Been sitting here for 30 minutes and the owner has not shown up for our 1 o’clock pick up. We had to call him because he was not here to start. I guess customer service doesn’t matter.

This place is great! The Manager there, Abdi Farah, is very friendly, and he wants to make the customer satisfied. My truck was late 3 hours through no fault of his own or Advance rent a car, (uhauls fault), and he gave me an extra 45 miles worth of driving. It’s exactly what I needed too. And he wasn’t a stickler about gas like most places are. Super cool, business friendly. I would come back if I ever needed to rent again. Thank you!
