Affordable Towing & Transport

Everyone knows they don’t want their vehicle towed by anyone, but this one is the worst, I talked to guy named, jimmy or Dan one of the two and these guy’s were rude from the beginning, I asked how long they have to notify anyone for their vehicle being towed, his reply was «they don’t have too, so i proceeded to talk to him letting him know what I believed I knew, this jackass had the nerve to tell me, «I should study law’s and know what I am talking about, I had a argument over the phone with him, after the vehicle was picked up he had the nerve to call me back and said, «you should been a little nicer and you would have earned yourself some money!!! haha this guy is a joke, first he insult’s me and talk’s ishh then he expect’s me to bow down to him? Guy must be on some good one. people be aware do not deal with him ! All towing companies work the same, no way in hell that would of happened, he just tried to put me in a position were i screwed up… funny guy, I should be calling the law for harassment at this point…

Ask for some help trying to get information and the guy hung up on me. Very rude and unprofessional

Just got towed with no problems fast and easy didnt quite remember my drivers name but he was cool dude. Inexpensive would recommend

No star is deserve for them. There was this lady who answer the phone very rude when i asked for the towing service quote she yelled out «we dont have any car» and hangs up. I was confused and call back many times before this dude answer. I was explaining to him about the situation, however, instead of him trying to help. He Lied that he couldnt hear me when i was just calling around for towing. g service quote and other people could hear me fine. He hung up and they never answer my calls afterwards. They are very rude and they have no customers service skills good luck dealing with their attitudes. Uuuugggghhhhhh.

They have quiet the scam at perkos in Sacramento. Some trashy older fellow hides out and waits until someone makes a mistake by parking there. Then they tow your car off and charge you 385.00. When I got to the tow yard on unsworth ave, there was shady characters hanging around and the place smelled like illegal substances. And your car is stored in a filthy lot littered with trash and junk. Have some pride in ownership whoever owns this trash company. I confronted the tow truck driver who was dumber than a box of rocks. It’s obviously a scam. That’s their cash cow at perkos. Thanks!

I LOVE Perko’s Not only do they have lots of cars to tow but their food is great

This company supposedly drove 300 away from Sacramento to pick up a Semi Truck with a dead battery then towed it 300 miles back to Sacramento to put in their yard. Can you believe they did this all for FREE??? !!! Yes that’s right they did not get tow insurance or credit card info from the caller. They just received a call from Joe blow and jumped in their tow truck and ran to Bakersfield. Then they did not find it strange the driver wanted it towed to their yard. YEP these guys are not crooked as they come. OH YA they driver that called them use to own a tow truck company in their area. STAY AWAY FROM THESE GUYS!!!

These people are absolutely heartless, worthless. Pieces of &@#% !!! Towed our car and it had a permit to park there. They are running a scam along with La Quinta hotels downtown. sacramento Richards blvd. $ 380 for a car that was taken less than 20 min? How do you sleep at night? I will be taking these punks to court along with the hotel. This has to be stopped.

I don’t understand… you charge $ 190 for a one hour minimum, $ 50 for a dolly use, $ 50 a day for storage, and then $ 95 to open the gate to get your car…
If you pay for the $ 190 one hour minimum you SHOULD NOT be paying the $ 50 a day for storage. Basically they charge you for one of everything on their menu.
Parked in a restaurant, ate at the restaurant, walked to other end of parking lot and was talking with family on the opposite side, and I crap you not! I didn’t even see them take my car! I was around the corner for mayyyybe 30 mins. So that tells me, that the security guy, and the taxi cab driver who was conveniently parked next to where my car were parked, were all in on it. I called «Affordable Towing» and they said it would be $ 385 for my car! WTF are you kidding me? They didn’t even have it at the tow yard when I called! They had seriously just taken it. So that being said, hopped my happy ass into the taxi cab, paid $ 40 to go 8 miles, and then dealt with the incest of a family who runs Affordable towing. No haggling. No compromise. For crying out loud they even added a few dents to the side of my car for me. Thanks! The kicker to it as well, is they don’t take payment from anyone besides the car owner. So say my family tries pitching in to pay, nope you’re effed.
Horrible company. It no joke is probably the worst business to be in, we know, but you guys, took it to a whole other level with the class of unprofessionalism.

I was parked in a lot (where no business was open) for less than one hour and my car was towed from Midtown. My car was at a tow yard for 40 minutes. I was charged $ 385.00 at AFFORDABLE TOWING… what an ironic business name. They charged an extra $ 90.00 because I parked with my E Brake on. They charged $ 190 for the tow and the rest was a 1 day storage fee (remember, 40 minutes). about 4 years ago my car was towed from across the street from The BOARDWALK by a different Tow Company in Orangevale, CA. It was $ 180 total. I don’t know how these Crooks can justify this outrageous amount of money.

Wow! Watch your wallet with this company. I left my car parked in a restaurant parking lot by Harlows 3÷11÷11. I picked up my vehicle the next day for a whopping $ 385.00. This was after having a hard time getting a hold of them and them leaving me waiting for an extensive time. Just want the people of Sacramento to know if you need a tow call anyone else because the name «AFFORDABLE TOWING» is a farce.
