Can I rate this guy a zero? Please?
What should’ve been an exciting moment in a married couple’s life turned into a complete nightmare. My husband and I bought our first home from this guy in April. He constantly tried to back out of the contract and back out of everything he agreed to fix on the house. We were constantly walking on eggshells with this guy.
Please, find ANYONE else to buy a house from. ANYONE. You’ve been warned. He’s extremely unprofessional, unethical, money hungry, and is NOT true on his word.

I was the buyers lender on a purchase and Ajay was the listing agent. He is unprofessional, unethical and very difficult to work with. I would never recommend this realtor!
