Liars!!! Husband missed court date, they said to meet up with them to sign paperwork and get a new court date, promised me five different times he wouldn’t go to jail if f we met with them, soon as we did, put him in cuffs, took him right to jail.
Will never use these dishonest liars again.

I had a situation in July 2014 with my adult son. It was in Stockton, Ca. I was impressed with the quick courteous and professional service@ Aladdin. They were really flexible about the down payment The balance was taken in payments each month from my bank account. I recommend them AND for the silly ignorant cry babies who think bail is *free*.Grow up! Bail is NOT free. YOU forfeit 10% of the bail amount. Example IF bail is $ 100,000 YOU pay the bailbonds company $ 10,000. WHY complain when they allow you to get your loved one OUT of jail AND pay payments? SMH. Aladdin is by far the most professional bail company I have ever interacted with. I have met some ignorant doozies believe me.

I went through Aladdin less then a week ago and I can say that this was the best experience that I’ve ever had! The employee was John Boatwright, he explained everything to me in detail and made the process very easy. I was shaken up because of what had happened earlier that day but he was so nice and caring that I almost forgot about my troubles. I was rate this experience extremely high and recommend this company to anyone that needs this service.

I have debated about writing this review because my experience with Aladdin was about six years ago. But whenever I hear one of their commercials, it pisses me off. They are not caring, and they are not honest.
When I called to inquire about their services and how much I would need to put down and pay monthly to secure a bail, I was quoted one price that was doable. I was hesitant to immediately go forward with the bail because I had inside information from witnesses to the situation that had landed my husband in jail. It was almost certain if I waited through the weekend, my husband would be released on a lesser charge when court was in session, as the charge was trumped up.
As I have family in law enforcement, as well as family friends, including one who worked in the jail, I had other inside information that caused me to hesitate with the bail. When I shared this information with the Aladdin guy, he was pretty much a jerk about it, and just pressured me to post bail.
After speaking with my husband, I decided to post bail just so he wouldn’t have to wait until a court date for the trumped-​up charge to be dropped and to be released. As a cop-​kid, he was by himself, separated from the general population, and just wanted to come home. As a scared wife who never thought she would have to deal with something like this, I just wanted the same, even though it would be costly and almost certainly unnecessary in a couple days. (This proved be to true.)
So with a friend, I went down to Aladdin.
There, I was told I had to pay a higher monthly payment than what I was first quoted. I was told it was not possible for them to grant the bail at the lower payment.
And maybe this is common practice, but I was not comfortable sharing details about my income and other personal information at a desk by the waiting area, where everyone waiting around could hear.
When my visit in the office was finished, I was given no information as to how bail worked. This lead to a lot of confusion on my part. Thankfully the nice people at the jail explained what Aladdin didn’t. The workers at the jail said usually a bondsman comes every hour, so they suggested waiting in the car and looking for my bondsman to come.
After hours of waiting, it got to be very late, so my friend drove me home. It was many hours after I left the Aladdin office that my husband was finally bailed out, and I had to drive back to Aladdin to get him.
If I wasn’t in such a frazzled state, I would have asked questions and would have been more forceful that I was only going to pay what had already been quoted to me; but really, I shouldn’t have had to.
The Aladdin bondsman were super sketchy, and the whole operation was shady and dishonest. Maybe that’s just how these places are. But just know that those commercials of the nice bondsman helping the shaken wife and her kids are some B.S.

They started off saying that we only had to pay 265 $ and no payments later, but when we got there they told us that it would of been 830 $ together. We told them we need a minute, and he comes out and say guys it will be only 765 $ total. They were quick fast and convenient, but other than that they were giving us false information about payments.
