How do you tell others about someone who has helped change your outlook on where you’re going with your life, or helped you pick through the shards of things you can’t even fathom dealing with. It’s so strange how we are conflicted with thousands of choices about iPhone’s and latte’s but our mental or physical health brings so few questions? What are we to ask? Where would you even start? I was very guarded on my inquiries for a therapist, and no one was good enough. Until I met Angela. She’s candid, brash, direct, forward and won’t curb the truth for you. This has brought me to many«ah ha» moments in my personal journey. But with her candidness she also brings a wealth of compassion, this is a person in front of you — she’s been there too. You can feel this energy, witty commentary, and human sympathy from her at every session. There has been many a session where I didn’t always agree with her opinion, but it always had me going back and finding out more about myself, only finding that her original opinion was usually quite right. She has a dry sense of humor, makes you meet your problems head on, so you can get through them, and move on with your life. It’s hard to contextualize how much she’s done for me, and I know how she’s helped many others as well. I wish I could keep her a secret, for she is truly a treasure, but she has a profound gift for helping others. If your looking for a change in how you see the world, I would recommend giving her a call.

How do you begin to write a review about someone that is the epitome of what a good therapist should be? She doesn’t coddle, or tell you what she thinks you want to hear. She doesn’t sit with a clipboard silently, simply nodding away your most intimate tales; She is handles your heart with grace and aplomb. Angie has the gift. Truly. I have had other counselors, all of which I have passed on after a few sessions. I look forward to every session and have never left without a plate of reality and lessons. If you are looking for someone who won’t soothe, but will make you feel like she is your biggest cheerleader, your mother and your best friend, all in one… I recommend her completely and wholeheartedly.
