12 violations… This doesn’t even include the discrepancies that students find. Today I opened a 16oz bottle of Sierra Mist to find that carbonation was almost completely gone and syrupy residue resided on the bottom within the bottle. I came back to exchange it for another. One after another, the same thing, low carbonation. I must of shaken five or six of them. After that I wanted my refund, the little Asian woman who is I think the co-​manager gave me the money. She had advised me that it was like suppose to be like that. I went around to Java which is in the same building to look for a complain form. The student cashier asked for a manager because I was complaining, the Asian lady came around and said why are you complaining, I gave you a refund…
