My son and I went in here yesterday to upgrade his phone. The store was busy, but we were immediately acknowledged and the staff was very apologetic. We worked with Blair and she was fantastic! She was knowledgeable about the products and didn’t pressure us into anything we didn’t want. She was very patient with her trainee as well. Blair is very nice and made this a very pleasant experience. Thank you for your stellar customer service!
