Isreal helped me get into a 2008 Impala. He was extremely helpful. He helped with breaking my down payments up for me, and got me into a better car. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and others.

Came across this dealership and decided to contact them to assist me with buying a vehicle. I spoke with Israel who I believe is the owner. He was able to get me financed so I went down there to see the vehicle that I liked online and finalize the paperwork. Well, when I get there he doesn’t have the keys to the vehicle they let a customer take it with them when they left the lot. I finalized the paperwork with him and had to wait a few hours until he could get me a new key made. This was such an inconvenience being the fact that I didn’t live local, I felt he should have had everything in order and ready. Israel was a really nice guy don’t get me wrong but he definitely needs to learn how to run a business and learn that you don’t do these things to people that are in need. Also, he needs to know what goes around comes around. Long story short I got the vehicle and my check engine light comes on the NEXT DAY. He has to come out to me and bring me a loaner car (a piece of junk car that was terrible on gas). This vehicle basically had so many problems and have cost me a lot of time and money. Do NOT buy or even consider buying a vehicle from this dealership, you will find something wrong with the vehicle you get and have to send it back to him but the problem will never get fixed. You’re better off buying a vehicle off craigslist from a private owner. I even referred someone to this dealership and I was really ashamed and embarrassed because they too had a lot of problems with the vehicle they got. He lied to them and never fixed the problems that was wrong with that vehicle. Well, this was a great lesson learned if nothing else.
