Autozone

I have spent a ton of money at this location. Last week I bought windshield wipers for two of my vehicles and one for the rear of my suburban which doesn’t have one so I am an idiot for the, but when I went to return I couldn’t find the recipe and really needed the 10 dollars for our rent. The where stone faced said sorry can’t help you. Really I tried once more to find the recipe but couldn’t. I went back and short of begging I told them I really need this ten bucks I’m a veteran I wouldn’t try to scam you for 10 bucks. Again stone face no care in the world. So I got the store credit and will not ever spend a dime in that autozone and possibly any other autozone unless I’m force too. I recommend to anyone Napa auto parts they actually care about their customers hell I’d go to Walmart for auto parts before going back too this place. Horrible experience. Felt like all they cared about was my money. It seems the posts about good customer service are from good looking girls kind of funny. I bet if one of those ladies wanted to return something with out a recipe not only will they get cash back, but they’d probably go out and clean their car too. Wish I had boobs maybe then I’d get the cash for the return and be able to pay rent. Thanks for serving the community over yourself. .haha oh wait it’s the other way around.

I bought some windshield wipers here. After about two weeks realized they were awful, squeaking and skipping. I came in to bring them back, Josh assisted me. He was amazing. He went out removed the faulty ones, cleaned my windshield and upgraded them. The best customer service. Superior

Nice convenient location with good hours and a fair return policy, most of the random last minute items I needed were in stock, only complaint I have is the pricing is pretty high compared to other sources for the same thing so I only buy here when I need something now otherwise I source alternatively.

the store is always clean, which is not normal for a parts store. the people are friendly & knowledgeable. they never leave you in line with out acknowledging you. they will hunt parts down for you aggressively. as always, the prices at auto zone are nice.
