I’m disappointed. I’ve gone here for years as I live nearby. I recently brought a dozen shirts to be laundered and was surprised with the bill. Long story short, they dry cleaned my polo shirts (which are all machine wash) and charged me double of what I was expecting. I was not told about any special pricing and did not see it posted anywhere. When I spoke to the young man about this I was again surprised– This time due to his «whatever» attitude. I would have been happy if we split the difference. Regardless, I’ll be happy to go elsewhere where customer satisfaction is still important.

Awesome dry cleaners! The owners are very friendly and gets the job done fast. This dry cleaners is located within the heart of Kiefer with many convenient shops all around so I can drop my clothes off, grab something to eat, and grocery shop all on one outing. Super convenient and their prices are great. Got a few pairs of my pants hemmed here a few times and they always come out flawless. Definitely coming back.

I previously overlooked how amazingly nice these people are. Every time I need something altered or dry cleaned they do it in a timely manner. Furthermore, their work is always well done and it is reasonably priced.
Today, I went in with a pair of lined black dress pants that I needed hemmed on two days notice. They didn’t even hesitate. Thank You B-​Z Dry Cleaners!
