B4 Blinds

I’ve been calling them for parts but not an answer nor a callback.
Please don’t use this company.
Expensive!!!
Not worth it

Very disappointed in their after sale service. Like other customers we had to wait a long while for our blinds as well. After spending over $ 11,000 with these people they did not want to come back and finish our front windows because the job is too small. The screen door that they installed keeps falling off and we would have to make many calls and leave numerous message before someone acknowledged us and come out to repair the door. Then the door fell off again and we were back to making many frustrating telephone calls and leaving messages. When they finally return our call, we were told that the1 year warranty has expired. Of course, I had been calling for the past 3 – 5 months when the screen doors were still under warranty. Extremely disappointed, and due to their poor customer service, after sales service and extremely long wait times, I would not recommend them to anyone. Stay away!

Are these guys out of business? It’s looking like it… and I’m glad. My expensive custom blinds continue to break and B4 continued to put of fixing them until they were no longer in business. Well played, B4, well played.

Disappointed doesn’t even begin to describe my experience. After spending quite a bit of money in blinds for almost my entire house, the unit over my slider kept breaking no matter how careful I was with it. They came out and repaired some of the slats once and it still continued to break. After calling for what I had hoped was a replacement (I was willing to pay the difference for a better unit) they didn’t call back after 3 – 4 messages (they never answer their phone btw). I was expecting to see them out if business but to my dismay, they are still very much active and probably ignoring some other poor suspecting customer because they now have their money so have no need to provide good customer service. Never again! I’m taking my business elsewhere!

B4 Blinds just completed an installation in my home and its an amazing improvement. From early on, their patience and communication was outstanding. I had not had anything done to my house in ages, and they were so helpful in getting my order in and installed in record time. The team of professionals are friendly and extremely knowledgeable at what they’re doing. AND such a deal! If you need blinds, or any other home improvement, call them and they will be happy to help.

Where do I start…
My neighbors recommended B4 Blinds and got a reasonable price for their blinds which were installed in about 3 – 4 weeks. We decided to give them a try and had a rough experience from the start. The sales person who came to our house was very pushy, rude and we felt bullied into buying from him then and there. The sales man boasted about their «American» products, but as you will soon find out, that definitely wasn’t the case. I’m a first time home buyer and I guess it’s my fault for not being prepare for a thick headed D-​bag to BS me with lies.
We got a combination of Blinds, Shades and Shutters and was told the Blinds would be installed in about 2 weeks and the Shutters would be 4 – 6. We placed our order in early May and we didn’t complete our installation until August 1^st!!! Last time I checked, 84 days is 12 weeks. (Keep in mind our living room window is large and faces west… pretty hot in the Sac Valley without window coverings all summer)
After about 6 weeks, I would call weekly to get an update. After leaving a message for the owner, it took him nearly a week to return my call. When he finally agreed to talk to me, I got this story… Remember that whole «American» company thing? Well their excuse for the delay was that the shutters were stuck in CUSTOMS in Long Beach. I didn’t know American made products needed to go through customs at the Port of Long Beach. Silly me.
Upon delivery of the shutters, one of the panels had significant scratches and gouges and the installer insisted they would replace it quickly. Here I am another 9 weeks later and still haven’t received my replacement shutter panel… maybe it’s still stuck somewhere in Americ… errr, I mean TAIWAN!!!
It’s unfortunate you only get to buy window coverings once for a new home because then you’re stuck with what you got, luckily the product seems pretty good. I just hope I can help people avoid the same rude, unprofessional, and irritating experience I had.
Side Note — My neighbors across the street used Budget Blinds and had all blinds, shutters and shaded installed in 5 days… PLEASE use them and don’t even consider B4 Blinds.

I had a rollaway screen door that had a broken part, making it unusable. The company that installed it for me didn’t return my calls. I called several companies that were on the rollaway door webpage, but couldn’t find any that were interested.
I finally tried B4 Blinds and they were great. They had problems getting the part from rollaway doors but persisted and didn’t brush me off for a small job. This is a company that cares and dedicated to customer service, even when I wasn’t their original customer.

I highly recommend B4 Blinds. Everyone there is extremely friendly, accomodating, professional, and efficient. They made ordering and scheduling everything a breeze. I was impressed with how quickly they get back to you and make you feel at ease. They did an outstanding job as well with making recommendations and everything looks superb! Thanks guys!

B4 Blinds is made up of some creative, kind, and TALENTED people! The team of professionals has worked hard and dedicated themselves to our order, from the first consultation to the final installation. I love the shutters in our front room!!!
