Just stopped in and hands down the best donuts! I was searching local donut shops and the one I choose was further away and saw this just off the freeway! It was more than worth it. Great selection of perfectly made donuts! Two thumbs up!!!

OMG I love this donut shop SO much more than I thought I would! My expectations were set a little low because of the lack of reviews and less than stellar location(it’s not the best of neighborhoods) but this little shop totally blew me out of the water! I have been in now 2 – 3 times before work in the morning. It’s conveniently located behind the Shell Station at Watt and Auburn Blvd so it’s easy to get in and out of. The shop itself is rather small, but they have room for a table or two, four(four!) refrigerated cases filled with drinks and a nice display case with their donuts. They have the usual suspects when it comes to donuts, with a few I hadn’t seen before so I really liked their variety. I have had their chocolate bars, maple bars, chocolate old fashioned and a coconut glazed and everything I have tried I have loved! I don’t think there is a bad donut in this place. The donuts have a good weight to them(good consistency) and their frosting are nice and thick and has good flavor. To top it off, service has been great and everyone has been super friendly each time I have come in. They are also patient with me and my lack of decision making skills! I will definitely keep coming back here on a regular basis.

Hooray donuts! Stopped into Baker Ben’s on my way to work, super conveniently located right off of Watt and both 80 freeways. I wanted to pick up a couple mixed boxes for my office, and was pleasantly surprised by the delicious looking quality, and wide variety, of Ben’s. As you can see in my photo, there’s some kind of berry jam glazed twist. Yum! Boxes are $ 8.99 for regular, $ 9.99 for mixed, and $ 14.99 for fancy. Walked out the door with two big pink boxes of mixed for twenty bucks. I helped myself to a pretty looking orange glazed one and omg– it was like that orange glaze icing you get in the Pillsbury cinnamon roll pop cans! A nice, thick layer on top of a rich, soft donut. My mouth and my guts are happy, and so is my wallet, because they accept cards. Huzzah!
