Baskin-Robbins

The second star was simply awarded because of the fact that this is a Baskin Robbins Store. I give the actual store, nothing. Just walked out the door, it’s the first time I’ve been here, this year. $ 6.99 for a schmedium watered down milkshake. Because, unlike the other Baskin Robbins they just pour some milk in a pitcher, toss a few scoops in there and if it doesn’t get filled to the top of the cup, who cares, right? Wrong. And I’m sure the sloppy looking red headed kid with the rats nest on top of his head, shouldn’t be devouring Del Taco, sitting at the counter, right next to the register. This place sucks. Hopefully it was just a bad employee night.

Ordered a supposed sundae which was super sweet and very small for its price the I cream here is okay but not worth it’s price I rather go to cold stone which is much better

I came here about two weeks ago to get a 31 Below and the soft serve machine was out of order so I couldn’t get it. I came back today and IT STILL DOESNT WORK. If you’re an establishment that sells ice cream then I would assume you’d want to get your soft serve machine fixed right away. Maybe the workers are too lazy to do regular maintenance on it and it’s too much of a headache because they need $ 15 an hour to scoop ice cream. I’ll be emailing corporate about this for sure. On top of that the girl working didn’t acknowledge my presence when I came in. She was making a Sunday for another customer and I understand that she was doing that but it’s not that hard to just say «Hi, I’ll be right with you» or something along those lines.

Service is great here but they give so little for the price they charge you. I asked for extra cherries and was charge 75 cents each cherry. Wth? ! The times I come here the portions are always different.

They were out of 10 flavors !! No chocolate, no cookies and cream, only unpopular flavors left. My boyfriend and I stopped in for a quick treat, but none of the flavors we like were available. Going next door to Rite Aid for Thrifty ice cream next time.

I have lived in Rosemont most of my life, but it has been a while since I’ve been to this Baskin-​Robbins. First off, I cannot believe the prices a this 31 Flavors. I just purchased a chocolate malt today and it was $ 5.99 for a medium! …the large is $ 6.99. The chocolate malt wasn’t even that good as I couldn’t even taste the malt. The Carl’s Jr. hand scooped malts are even better. Ridiculous. If you want a good malt, go to Leatherby’s or Farrel’s and forgo this establishment. I won’t be coming here again.

I get Daquiri Ice — no gluten or milk

This is my favorite splurge spot.
Donny and I like to come here on Saturday nights and share a hot fudge sundae.
I’ve never actually counted to see if there really are 31 flavors… but I am willing to bet there are.
The girl that works the evening shift is super sweet and we love to chit chat with her.

They suck! High school students working there (no experience) messed up on an ordered cake, and made one that wasn’t what I picked from the selections in front of the register. Asked to have the «happy birthday» on top of the cake, but instead, they put it on the side, and it was ugly, crooked and falling off. Stupid.

The young lady worker was affable, patient, and sweet. I would definitely recommend this Baskin-​Robbins to any ice cream lovers. The customer service here is SUPERB! I LOVE IT HERE!
Will be back for more.

Just walking inside makes my daughter jump with joy. She orders the bubble gum ice cream with rainbow sprinkles and they are always sweet enough to scoop more ice cream than bubble gum for me. It’s like a happy bubble inside here. Sometimes I find myself looking for silly reasons to reward my princess so that we can stop by. The ice cream cakes are yummy and such a hit at parties. I’ve found the standard selection in the case to have something perfect for me last minute more times than I can count. Five stars because they can usually add your message on the spot. If you come to a party at my house you can be sure you’ll be served a huge piece of ice cream cake!

Had a very pleasant experience at this little store! Took my Dad for ice cream here after a long day spent at transfer student orientation at Sac State, and the ice cream was top notch– what else would you expect from Baskin Robbins? But what made this place memorable was the service. Very friendly girl served our ice cream, and as I was paying the owner made sure to tell me about $ 1 Scoop Tuesdays, which is a welcome treat for the college budget! I thanked her for letting me know, and she said thanks for coming in, «see you again soon!» :) It’s rare to find this kind of connected, personal customer service these days. I will certainly go back here again!
