Bertolucci’s is the place to go! Super friendly staffs that will go above and beyond for you. Since I was there around lunch time they offered me lunch that was brought in. I was overly grateful. You guys are awesome! Thank you.

Yes, this body shop is more expensive than most shops but, you get what you pay for. Long story short, our car was rear ended sitting at a light. Tony M. Did a great job working with my husband. The repair took 6 days. My car now looks like new again. They even washed it inside and out. Very happy with the end results.

Currently sitting in the office of Bertolucci’s while I wait for my ride to pick me up. I came in less than an hour ago after getting into a minor car accident and the staff here has been nothing but kind and helpful. I was given options based on the condition of my car and my insurance information and was walked over to see my car lifted after I requested to do so. I haven’t experienced a staff so efficient and again KIND. They made me feel at ease when I was shaken up and I am so thankful for their help in a difficult time.

Just got here to have my boy (Jeep Liberty) assessed.
Very thankful Terry got me in the same day and Michelle made me feel at home when I arrived. Everyone is so friendly and professional here, no wonder my Grandma brought her Peugeot here for 20 years!
Vince is super knowledgeable and passionate about excellent customer service and quality work. He is currently doing everything he can to ensure my boy is completely taken care of and that I leave with peace of mind and am safe in my vehicle.

Update 4÷6÷16: Waiting for a call back to schedule repair work. Vince has been away for several days and we agreed he’d contact me when he returned. I’ve called twice in the last three days, no call back. Hmmm…
Update 4÷15÷16: After several calls and days of no call backs, I finally got a call on ⁴⁄₁₁. Very apologetic, etc. Brought my vehicle in on 4/​12, got it back on ⁴⁄₁₄ in beautiful condition. Vince won me back with the extra mile he went to ensure my peace of mind.
Thanks Vince Bertolucci, for recovering my faith in your shop! I *will* recommend it to peers if they ever are in need.

Took my «old» 2004 Mercury Sable in for body repair and could not be more pleased with the entire experience, start to finish. Understandably I saw mostly high end luxury cars but must say I was treated with utmost respect. My old Merc turned out great … so great I’ll probably drive it for another 12 years!
I highly suggest Bertolucci’s no matter what you drive!

Love Bertolucci’s! They did a great job on my car, looks brand spanking new. Repair was perfect. Paint and clear coat match perfectly with the rest of my car. Would definitely recommend this shop to everybody.

These guys are awesome! I was rear ended on the freeway a few weeks before Christmas and they made my car look good as new. They worked with AAA and made the whole process so much easier for me. I’m so glad I went to them for my repairs. They updated me when they found more damage and they had my car finished on Christmas Eve. Greg was so helpful! I hope I don’t have another accident, but if I do I know exactly where to go.

Bertolucci’s has gone above and beyond again. My 2001 Lexus RX300 was hit while parked and insurance wanted to total my car. Bertolucci’s took care of everything from negotiating with insurance to getting my car back to showroom quality. From the very beginning the customer service was better than anything I’ve ever experienced. The girls at the desk walked me through everything including getting me my rental so that I felt informed and in good hands. My car came back looking so amazing I could barely believe it was mine. The owner even took the time to come out and show me everything they did for me because he was so proud of his work — and SO AM I! I went into this feeling like the victim as my paid off, reliable vehicle was in jeopardy of being taken from me due to an accident that I wasn’t even involved in and I came out feeling like a total winner thanks to Bertolucci’s. My car hasn’t looked this good since the day I bought it and I’ve been glowing since I picked it up. If you’re like me and care about your vehicle there is absolutely no way you should ever take your car anywhere else. The experience, service, and expertise of Bertolucci’s is unmatched. This was my 3^rd time getting repairs at this shop and each time has been an equally impressive experience that will definitely keep me coming back.

Took my car here on the recommendation of my mechanic, had my front bumper and windshield replaced on my Mercedes and they did a great job! I’ve had work done by another body shop in the area and Bertolucci’s work was noticeably better. Had my car done in four days, whole process was pretty easy. Would use them again for body work with a doubt.

Picked up my car today and was beyond impressed. It took longer than I had expected, but Bertolucci’s takes their time to ensure supreme workmanship. My car was not only repaired, but it was also detailed. Would recommend to anyone!

Chose Bertolucci’s based on friend recommendations. They arranged rental, worked with at-​fault driver’s insurance to complete what was allowed by law, were kind to my ill wife. Came out almost as good as before hit.

I was rear-​ended by a distracted pickup driver while driving my near-​new Honda Accord coupe. The at-​fault driver has AAA insurance, thankfully, who was great in allowing me to select my choice of body shops. My research proved correct: this is an outstanding establishment. All factory parts and a perfect color match pleased even me, a perfectionist! Angel and all the ladies in the business office were welcoming and courteous. I took a tour of the shop to observe the passionate artisans at work. If I lived in southern California, I would still make an effort to have my car repaired here. They are that good!

I was sideswiped by a big rig on the ‘fix 50′ repair job in the summer of 2014. There were no identifying marks on the truck, and he refused to stop, so I had to pay for the repair myself.
Bertolucci’s was the least expensive of the four shops I took my Buick to. They said the age of the car meant the paint might not match on the door and the bumper. It took over a week, but I can not tell the car was in an accident.
To say I was very pleased was an understatement. I was very happy with the job, and several months later, it still looks like new.
My wife was just rear-​ended. She saw the repair Bertolucci’s did on my car, so she’s taking her car there.

I’ve had my car repaired twice here. The first time it was a BRAND new car, just a few weeks old (not even DMV plates) when my husbands snowboard fell off the wall and hit my brand new car. Everyone was very friendly and went above and beyond to make sure that I was taken care of and that most importantly my car was returned to the same condition prior to the little accident. I’m hoping that I never have a claim again, but if I do… I’ll be back.

So here’s something I hate to do: take stars away. But, I feel guilty leaving my previous review up when, clearly, things aren’t the same here. This isn’t as good as it gets anymore, and I am definitely not a fan. I don’t want anyone to take my word for it that this is a top notch shop and be disappointed.
A few things have happened here recently that have changed my view of Bertolucci’s.
The last time I had my car fixed here followed a collision involving a deer. Bertolucci’s did their usual good work on the body repair-​honestly, it was flawless. These guys know how to make metal and paint look nice.
So I went to pick the car up and there was no fog light! They explained to me, an educated person, that my fog light was missing before I brought the car into the shop. Perhaps they are employing psychics, but that is not acceptable evidence to back that statement. How is this finished? Seems like a very half-​assed thing to do, and I took this as an insult to my intelligence. I wasn’t born yesterday. This repair cost thousands of dollars, and you leave off the fog light? I call that petty as hell. I can’t prove it was on prior to the accident, but they can’t prove that it wasn’t on prior to the accident. The customer should get the benefit of the doubt, yes?
AND, they replaced my headlight with one that did not match the other with regard to condition. Now, whenever someone walks me to my car, they ask me what’s going on with my headlights. Since more people have been walking me to my car recently, because my game is off-​the-​chain, I am hearing more and more about these damn headlights. I no like. I am weird enough without weird headlights.
At that point, I was tired of hanging out at the body shop so I just let it go that the headlight did not match. They had already brushed it off multiple times after I complained, so I was just happy that they replaced the damn fog light. Bertolucci’s has done good work for my family and I prior to this, so I wrote it off as a weird incident, and put the headlight on my bucket list of things to do.
Now I know my car isn’t a Mercedes and that I am not Madonna. But I kind of like my car. I like it to look OK. I would like my headlights to match. And when illuminated, I would like the lights to be the same color. Also, I am sure that they probably charged me for a new headlight. It was not new nor did it match the condition of the headlight ‘pre-​deer.‘
Then a month or so ago, I went in to address a large scratch I found on my daughter’s door. I still had faith in Bertolucci’s, despite the poor headlight work, and the quarrel over the fog light. They do great body work, where it involves metal and paint. No doubt about it!
I told the AAA claims agent exactly what happened. I told her that I noticed the damage possibly a few days after it happened (I do not give my car a thorough examination before I get in it. I am busy.) I also find it silly to speculate about what happened after whatever it is that happened. Whatever happened is not going to change once we find out what has happened. Something hit my parked car, and it doesn’t look the same anymore. End of story. We agreed on a 100 dollar deductible.
I went to Bertolucci’s, and a man I hadn’t seen there before came out to look at the car. The guy was rude from beginning to the end of the experience. I wasn’t dressed up to take my car to the body shop and I was literally exhausted. This man was NOTHING like Larry, who actually treats you like you are a human being.
He showed no compassion. He dogged my interior, like it is my fault that my child is 4 years old. I really don’t care if this kept man is offended by a petrified slice of pizza under her seat. It’s not like he has to drive the damn thing. I especially do not care if he isn’t going to fix the damn car. He even questioned me about my employment. I am here to get my car fixed, not to shoot the shit about my life. PERIOD.
He then explains to me that the car was in a collision (with an unknown object) and that the deductible would be 500 dollars due to the findings of his forensic examination that took all of 5 minutes. He had a lot of other little comments to make, and, my favorite, random speculation about what happened to the car. Really, I don’t enjoy comments and shots in the dark. I’m into a. solving the problem and b. going home.
Despite all of this drama, I agreed to the RIP-​OFF deductible because these guys do a good job after all is said and done. However, after waiting all day on three different days for a phone call back from this shop (I left multiple messages and talked to numerous people regarding the repair,) I officially gave up. I am not going to beg these people to rip me off, disrespect me and treat me like an asshole. Sorry someone hit my car, dudes. BUT REALLY, does their livelihood not depend on people hitting each other with their cars? But really: Either fix the damn car or do not.

I took my Infiniti to Bertolucci’s for fender and bumper repair and they got my car in right away! They handled all the insurance paperwork too! The estimator Angel went above and beyond! My car is returned to factory quality! Craftsmanship and quality still exists at Bertolucci’s! Thank you!!!

Brought my 2011 Sonata in for drivers side fender and door work after a collision. I received one of the best customer service experiences from a body/​paint shop in a long time. The employees were very friendly and personable.
I was greeted with a smile each time I came into the shop and due to the insurance person I was there a few times.
They kept in contact with me at every step of the process, I was informed that it would take about 2 weeks to have the work done, the job was completed in 8 business days.
When we went on the inspection, the only thing I had found was very minor issue (a clip had popped out along the runner) within two days the plastic part was ordered and replaced with no hassle or extra cost to me.
Great job and they have earned my return business.

As far as I’m concerned, Bertolucci’s is the best of the best in Sacramento. I have visited the shop to both repair my car and to get estimates for potential body work. Even when getting an estimate, they are always helpful, take pictures for my insurance, and are detailed when it comes to spotting repairs needed.
After recent vehicle vandalism (broken side mirror and dent in the side of the car), I immediately brought my car to Bertolucci’s, my Allstate agent assessed the damage, and all of the repairs were completed within a week. Since Bertolucci’s is a AAA shop, Allstate did not guarantee the repairs. However, I had full confidence in the work done here and was not disappointed.
I always recommend Bertolucci’s. They’re on the higher end money-​wise, but you get what you pay for… Fantastic work.

The only good thing about this place is the woman who works the front desk named Michele. The work done on my car was extremely over priced and I was never given adequate explanation of all the charges.
In addition, property was stolen out of my vehicle and when I called to complain about it, their manager berated me about leaving my property in the car. When I told her I was disappointed in their lack of professionalism, she told me I was irresponsible. Not so great customer service. I do not recommend this place to potential patrons.
