I’ve been here several times over the years. They have an excellent selection of beer, liquor, and wine. Surprisingly they actually do have a decent Scotch selection. They have many bottles already chilled for your convenience. The browser chicken is awesome, definitely a very good fried chicken worth trying. Their burger is decent too. Pricing is similar to market pricing on most things. Why do I give 3 stars you ask? One time I went here and requested a specific bottle of Whisky, the woman that was behind the counter called someone on the phone and that person said they have it, but it’s locked up and she doesn’t have the key. They said to come back tomorrow and they will have it out for me. I went back the next day and they did not have any bottles of this whiskey.

Went for the first time at lunch. The place was dark and deserted and I wasn’t even sure if the deli was open. I looked around and somebody. I am really glad I waited-some of the best fried chicken I’ve eaten. The guy told me that it would take 10 minutes as they cook everything to order. I spent the time looking around the liquor store. Many products I had never heard of before, and a surprisingly large assortment of European beers. I wouldn’t buy cigars here, as the humidor was reading 40% humidity. When it was ready, the chicken was crispy on the outside, moist on the inside and seasoned without being too salty. Well worth the trip and wait. I will definitely be back for the chicken, but will call ahead next time.

Bitu is a nice, moderately-sized liquor store. They have a good selection of cold drinks, liquor and(gasp) wine! They have some stuff that I’ve never heard of(Russian beers, etc.), but I love trying new things. Their prices are also unbeatable. I think it might be family-owned, because the same three people always seem to be working there, but I’m not sure. They might just be that small. They have a very friendly and and laid-back atmosphere. I’m pretty sure they’ve had blues playing on the stereo every time I’ve been in, which I think is really cool. I still haven’t tried their chicken, but I hear it’s good too.

Check your prices at the register, this mofo tried to be sneaky and scanned a normal pack of smokes and charge me full price for the dollar off packs,

I’ve been coming here for over a year, but they didn’t have a Unilocal page back in the day. This is our Go To place for hot wings. We found them accidentally one Sunday because Granite’s was closed and they’ve become a major addiction! They«Broast» them, meaning they are pressure deep-fried. Awesome crunchy, mildly spicy unless you add the hot sauce. I definitely recommend!

For the past 3 years I have driven by this little hidden gem on Auburn Blvd. I kept reading the signs for Broasted Chicken. I thought to myself, «How good could food from a liquor store be??». Today my friend and I decided to give it a try! I am so happy that we did! This place is AMAZING!!! The owner, Parmod, is such a sweet guy! The store has everything you could ever want/need! The typical necessities that a liquor/convenience store would offer(variety of beer, wine, liquor, energy drinks, soda, candy bars, etc); along with dollar store type items(ace bandage wraps, makeup, pregnancy tests, room air freshener sprays, etc). The exterior is a little off putting because of all the advertisements on the windows. The moment we walked in I was totally diggin this place! Blues music was blaring over the speakers and the interior was well organized and clean! We located the food counter in the middle of the store, it looked closed down but sure enough Parmod came over and asked us what we’d like to try. He was super friendly and talked about all the options on the menu. He said everything is made fresh to order! Even if you walked in 15 minutes before they closed and wanted Broasted Chicken you’d still get it FRESH! He told us about the benefits of the chicken being broasted vs. fried. It took about 10 minutes for us to get our meal but it was well worth the wait! During the time it took to broast the chicken, my friend and I walked around the store, had conversations with Parmod and admired the vast amount and variety of product he had in the store. The Broasted Chicken was tasty and not as greasy as I would have thought! The breast meat was super juicy and tender! The meat literally fell off the bone! I will definitely be back! My next venture is to try the Broasted Shrimp or Catfish! YUUUUUMMMMMM!!!

I’m that friend MM was referring to and agree with her detailed review. It is a hidden gem in an area filled with fast food/chain joints. Walk in and try the chicken. I can’t wait to go back!
