Botanica Cubayende

I feel like this store is good. They have a ton of candles for a whole bunch of things. They mean what they say in there prayers.

I love the customer service here they always help me with my needs i always find what i need and if they don’t have it they will help you find it or order it they have a very wide variety of candles and statues to herbs and oils i highly recommend this shop to anyone over any other one in sacramento

Pretty interesting shop, limited selection of statues but tons of candles. The staff clearly did not want us (two white women) in the store. The lady working there turned to the man and gave him a look and he went and got something, maybe sage and started burning it when we walked in which was really strange and off putting. The store has a small area in front, about the size of a bathroom and then there is a counter and a bigger area in back where most of the items are. I asked after statues and she pointed to the back area, I started to go over to look at them and she held up like a wooden fence amd said I could not go back there, I could point and she would show me statues. I understand being worried about theft but we were the only people in the store. So overall the customer sevice was very off putting, we felt completely unwelcome, but from what we saw there were some interest items for sale. We will never go back but if you are desperate for candles might be worth a try.
