I love BMI and we use them at our Sacramento shopping centers all the time. They handle most of our maintenance, electrical repairs, HVAC, and general repairs very professionally and efficiently. The techs are seasoned and very knowledgeable as well.

All I can say is watch out for this company. This company was sent to Me by property management. BMI send me a bill for $ 826 dollars to cap two P-​traps, they claimed that it took 8 hours of labor and 2 plumbers to cap the 2 «P» traps. I talked with several plumbers and contractors and they all laughed, go figure. I wish my property manager BLR could find more honest people to do the maintenance. All I can do is pay and send a warning to other people; STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.
