Burger King

I used to go here all the time, but stopped due to their quality of food. Whether it’s the fries or burger, it’s all less than mediocre.

It’s the typical Burger King experience, nothing fancy, but the manager here is very friendly and seems to keep all his staff moving efficiently. He’s been here quite a while and I’m always impressed by how smoothly he runs things.
The drive through is almost always crowded at lunchtime, but the staff hustles to keep the line moving as quickly as they can. Food is always hot and fresh.

Slowest BK is Sacramento area. Food was hot and fresh though. I expect a fast food restaurant to be well fast. This is especially true in the drive through.

I’ve had to stop coming to this location. It seemed like every time something was wrong with my food and the service isn’t great. Also, I didn’t get the memo that the spicy chicken sandwich now came with some type of salad dressing on it.

My ordering went smooth and it is fast food so not going to touch on quality but I would like to point out how horrible the customer service was from lead, supervisor, or manager named Jennie. I purchased my order with a gift card and had a small balance remaining under $ 10. I asked for the balance to be cashed out, she came to assist the drive thru operator and told me she would not honor my request. I told her California state law requires balances under $ 10 to be cashed out and she was very rude, condescending, and unconcerned and basically told me she thought I was making this up and she would not cash out the balance. I told her the law has been in affect since 2008 and they are required to cash out the balance. She made some more rude remarks then I told her fine I’d file the complaint with the department of consumer affairs and stated I’m sure her boss would be really happy over the fine they’d get over not cashing out the balance. She then cashed me out and made yet another snide remark as she thew my money at me. Jennie and the franchise owner should probably read this and learn to be more respectful to their customers

Its fast food what do you expect?
We went in to use the bathroom and ordered a large onion ring. They were fresh, hot and served with a nice smile. She even asked if I wanted some sauce, which was really good and a great choice with the onion rings.
I would go there again.

Ya’ll been slippin’! The past couple times I been here have been below expectations. Baby girl workin’ the drive through was cute though.

Their salads are alright, but I craved bacon today and thought I’d try their bacon burger. I checked their website to make sure they had it. The photo there looked good. I got a piece of shit when I went through the drive-​thru, though. A small burger that fit on top of my small Asian palm. Two of the smallest strips of bacon that looked like one regular piece cut in half. A squirt of ketchup and mayo. A patty. That’s it. What the hell? I’ll even post a photo of it on this page.

Came here during the time when they were offering the coffee for only .25 cents. The good news is the coffee was good, for what it was I suppose. Bad news is, customer service still sucked and drive thru took forever…
Still definitely not a big fan of Burger King.

My coworkers warned me not to eat here. One of them got food poisoning here and is scared sh**less to come back. LOL Anyhow, I like to try things for myself. So I was working the late shift and I saw the had the Jr. whopper for $ 1.29 each. So I hit the drive thru and got one. Boy, was it good, very fresh and hot. WTH were my coworkers talking about. The long in the drive thru got very long while I was driving off.
So the next day, I walked over and ordered 2 Jr. whoppers and a value fry. Now I know what my co workers were talking about. The burgers were just warm and didn’t taste like the one I had before. They fries were hot though, maybe even refried. They were just semi hard.
I’ll try it again on friday when they have $ 5 meals during the weekday.

The last time I was here, the dining hall was full of flies. I also found a disgusting piece of hair in my salad. This place is just plain gross. I will never return to this Burger King location again.

Haven’t been to a Burger King for some time because the food always seemed limp, cold and tasteless. I heard they redid/​added items to their menu so I wanted to give it a try… MISTAKE.
I am a Frappé lover — love the sweet mixed with coffee goodness in an icee type form. I decided this was the item they couldn’t get wrong right… wrong :(. My drink tasted like the coffee was left over from last night and burnt on top of it. I also decided to try their little hash brown rounds as I have in the past in hopes they might have improved. They were cold, without flavor and greasy as hell.
I went through the drive thru as I was on my way to work. The service was fast and very friendly. Too bad that drink just solidified my reason for not trying this place again.
I hate to say this but Burger King needs to get a hint from it’s biggest competitor and not only copy their items but improve the quality and flavor. Hey, I know McDonalds isn’t a five star place but I’d rather eat there than this crap any day.

I never go to Burger King, now I remember why. I came here with my dad and the place was dead. We ordered 2 salads and an order of sweet potato fries. It took 15 minutes to get our food and the fries were cold. I took the fries back up to the counter and asked for some fresh ones. The guy seemed very annoyed but said he would. It took over 10 more minutes to get the replacement fries. I won’t be back anytime soon. Maybe next year.

I have been back to this BK and their service is always fast and accurate.
