Burger King

Been here for like 5 minutes waiting for someone to take my order. The girl in the back says something to the guy at the drive through window, looks at me and doesnt even say hello! Juan comes in and takes our order, takes our cash, cancels the order, goes to the back and brings me back some change… is that normal?
This place is shady, I don’t recommend you come here.

Don’t know what happened to this place, but it is the worse BK ever! Been coming here for years with no problems. Stopped coming here in 2015 because it had gotten slow, slow, slow and the service was terrible. Had to work at the mall for a week in May, so I thought to give it a try again — still can’t be that bad, could it?
Not only was it that bad, it was worse! I went twice because there is no way it could be as bad as the first time, must have been a bad day. Wrong. Slow, slow, slow, is being generous. Employees stood around not doing anything while one or two ran around doing everything. Both orders were wrong, the food was soggy and not even warm. Disgusting. Not only that, I waited a long time (9 minutes one time and 12 minutes the other) — for their signature item! They «generously» upgraded my fries to a large size, which I did not want. I ordered small for a reason and did not want the large.
After a couple bites of the Whopper (cold and so soggy it was hard to hold) and a couple of fries (not even warm, and I ate immediately) I gave up and threw the whole mess away.
Never, ever again. Fool me once, shame on me, but never again. You would be better off going a half block to McDonalds or into the food court in the mall. Doing either of those will get you a decent meal and be already finished eating before these folks ever get around to serving you cold slop.

The worst one yet, and I’ve been to a coulée across the country. They’re very lethargic, and do not pay attention to customers. I waited too long, and went to the Mcdonalds across the street. I’ll never come in here again. Crying shame too. They’ll be out of business soon.

I decided to come here to try the Supreme Breakfast Sandwich today. I arrived around 9am and it didn’t seem very busy as I only seen 1 other person eating as I walked in. I waited almost 5 minutes for a person to take my order (they knew I was waiting and would periodically come by and say they would take my order shortly). The registers at the front counter weren’t being used either, I paid with my debit card and the cashier walked to the register in the back next to the window where they help people in the drive-​thru. The lady wasn’t able to give me a receipt when I asked for one either (was very concerning but the only comfort I got was I was able to log into my bank account to make sure I was charged the correct amount later). After ordering, it took my food over 10 minutes to come out… and when it came out i was trying to ask for jelly for my sandwich but the lady who took my order was too busy taking an order from a person in the drive-​thru so I just left and used some jelly I had at home.
I did have the Supreme Breakfast Sandwich as mentioned earlier along with hash browns and orange juice. The hash browns seemed like they could have been warmer but the food was decent.
Overall there could be some improvements with customer service, this could be a difference between Mcdonalds and Burger King. A place like McDonalds you can go there with many people in line and still get food fairly fast and it taste good, that always makes McDonalds a good option. For Burger King, I notice i only tend to go when I see a new item on the menu. Although the food was decent my experience wasn’t that good.

This Burger King is the worst one of all. They serve cold old food, get the order wrong 90% of the time. We drive 3 miles to the one on Marconi. Truly the Burger King Corp has a franchise problem with this one.

They Do Not Value Their Senior Customers From Cashier Around 11:00 AM; before my parents had left to Burger King on 3409 Arden Way, Monday January 11Th. I had suggested to my mom, to special order burger, to grill it fresh. This Burger King rather serve the oldest burgers that sit under the heat lamp than special grill it on the prime time. This cashier had ENORED of my mom’s request. «NO CHOICE!» here, so go to Jack in the Box, they’ll do it for you, as this Burger King won’t. When you get burger that had sat under heat lamp for several minutes before it served, it’s pretty «GROSS!» Even the McDonald’s will work with special order, even McDonald also rather served from heat lamp. At Jack in the Box never grill, until your order is completed. Public; you’ll have your choices.

If you think the drive-​thru will be quick, think again! Sunday morning service was ridiculous. I paid for my order at the window. I was then told they were making fresh coffee and fresh food and to please park and wait. Someone will be out with my order. 5 minutes later, no food. 10 minutes later, no food. I contacted them again to ask about my order and they said it’s coming right out. 5 minutes later they deliver my food but no coffee. They then went back to get the coffee and returned to my car with it. My food was not fresh, more like luke warm. I don’t know what was going on in this place, but there were no customers inside the restaurant. Long story short, I won’t be back.

I won’t be eating here again! The staff were lazy and rude. The food tasted old. The dining area was dirty. If I were the owner they would all be fired starting with the manager!

This place sucks. They’re all lazy. Extremely lazy. I wanted to get 2 separate orders in the drive thru they proceeded to inform me that they no longer do separate orders there because it takes «to long» needless to say she still took a very long time to process our order. Then when the food comes in there’s nothing but bun! A huge disappointment. They fail in every way possible. I would fire everyone there and all the managers if I was in charge, LEARN HOW TO DO IT CORRECTLY. Instead they half-​ass every job given. High school dropouts im assuming. I’m never going back

Ordered the delivery option as my car is in the shop. It took a little longer than estimated but that was due to one of the drivers being out un-​expectantly. I have to tell you that the driver was professional and courteous. Brett went out of his way to call us and let us know he was running behind and he was very apologetic. The family was getting hungry but we weren’t starving so no biggie.
This is the first time we have ordered delivery from BK and we are a HUGE fan of this now. The food was fresh, hot and exactly as we custom ordered. I love the delivery containers for the burgers. They have a separate compartment to keep the buns from getting to moist. Loved the food and the fact that it was still hot and fresh.
Besides the late delivery, this was a great experience!

OK I must explain why I came here.
12 years ago while I was working at a mall in the North Bay, I would go to the food court and visit Burger King because they had just come out with their Veggie Burger and I was excited to try it. I remember going there multiple times a week because fast food was pretty good back then as a teenager.
The veggie burger soon went away (or I went away from the mall, I don’t remember) until I spied the advertisement for it again a few months ago at a Burger King in the airport. Ever since then I had to try it just to see if it was the same as 12 years ago.
I was surprised after reading the reviews on this Burger King location to see that the whole restaurant has been made over and fully remodeled! Definitely within the last couple years because everything looks new. I was also surprised to see that the drive thru was packed for 1:15pm on a Friday.
I ordered a Veggie Burger and a Small French Fry and was on my way. The Veggie Burger was close to how I remembered it. The bun was different with more consistency (less airy) but that was about it. The Veggie Burger comes with lettuce, mayo, ketchup, pickles, tomato and onion.
The French Fries were also good, but different than I remembered. The French Fries are thick cut now (about twice as thick as McDonalds) but have good flavor and texture.
All in all the meal was good. I just ended up with a stomach ache and couldn’t eat for the rest of the day because I don’t eat fast food, but that’s more my problem than theirs.

Went here because they have the free coffee when you order any breakfast sandwich.
So instead of just ordering a breakfast sandwich, hashbrown and coffee all separate I thought I would make it easier on the employee and order the meal. Little did I know that the coffee at this Burger King is NOT free.
So I place my order and realize the price was the same as if coffee was not free. I drive up to the window and here is the conversation
ME: the sign on the window says free coffee with purchase of a sandwich.
BK EMPLOYEE: You ordered a meal.
ME: Yes and there is a sandwich with the meal
BK EMPLOYEE: Coffee is not free when you order the meal. Do you want me to change it and ring it all up separately. You will save about 30 cents.
ME: No it’s fine.
Not worrying so much about the 30 cents the employee said I would be saving, which I believe coffee at Burger King is more than 30 cents per customer and about 2 cents for the store. It’s about principle. If the sign says free coffee with purchase of any breakfast sandwich, it should be just that… FREE!
If there are any exclusions due to different types of ordering then that should be stated or mentioned. I didn’t even see it with my binoculars in the small writing on the ad. It would also be nice if the employees would state at the time that if I order the meal the coffee would not be free. If I knew that I would have gotten an orange juice.

The Burger King next to Toys R Us is the dirtiest I have ever seen. Went there this morning with my little girl and husband, they had caution signs out that said wet floor. Now I can see that the floor is sticky, stained and full of dirt. Yuck! I was afraid to touch anything. Please ask your employees to clean the store.

Pretty good my fries were drown in salt tho.

Wow, this place is crazy. Homeless folks and extended mall families. They also don’t make the sandwiches right.

OK I still think the other things are all cool still and the restaurant itself in clean and nice. But when you hear what happened to me a few weeks ago you will know why I was compelled to update my review. I have come by before and they have ran out of Dr. Pepper which I let them slide on, cause you know sometimes orders go faster or maybe they had a new person ordering. When you hear what happened to me the other day though you will see why I was compelled to update my review. My parent were getting their car serviced down the street and I work right near here so we met here for lunch and a visit. I ordered a salad and my parents ordered their meals I was getting my drink when the man behind the counter asked me if our order was for «here» I said yes and he then informed me… get this… wait for it… they had no FORKS. NONE, nothing for me to eat a salad with are you kidding? How does this happen? So trying to be good on my diet I said OK well then take it off our order and I just wont eat. So I visited with my parents as they ate and I drank several glasses of tea instead for lunch. This was awkward to say the least since I was gone for an hour and then came back to the office to make lunch out of the fridge here at work LOL. Whomever is ordering supplies at this location you really are going to have to do something!
