$ 10,000 worth of damage to my brand new Prius V. Took it to Caliber because they are affiliate of my insurance company. The people were uniformly great to work with and they definitely gave me the feeling that they strived to get things right and make me happy. Repairs were finished within their estimated time(though that time estimate was pretty long). The appearance of the car is again like new. There were a series of minor problems after I picked up the car. All of them were related in some way to the car’s complex electronics/programming(indicator lights, a faulty sensor). I understand that a body shop can’t have deep insight into the computers of every make and model, so when they asked me to take my car directly to Toyota to deal with one of these issues, I was actually glad to do that. Caliber and Toyota worked out the billing for that between them, without me getting involved. I hope I never need collision repair again, but if I do I would go back to Caliber.
