Alright I’ve been coming up here for a month, and now it’s over. First impression area is a no no, when you first try finding the place you really have to look for the place. Walking in the people are very nice and helpful, there is a oder but I think that comes with the facility full of recovering people. The staff was so sweet to my mom, and full character and life(it’s awesome). The patient are sometimes loud but it’s like college dorm, with everyone out there beds talking to each other going outside, visiting each other. Kali, Kiana, Jasmine, Carlos M are just some of the people that made her stay comfortable. Other then then losing two jackets and her stuff doggy I was satisfied and now she is home. Thank you. I would have gave 5 but the jackets! and the dam doggy. Smh

Very unprofessional if you ask me, they don’t even get back to you if you have in inquiry. Look elsewhere.

This is an older facility that is definitely in need of a major facelift. The furnishings are old and run down and in some cases broken. The TV in the room is ancient and non ambulatory patients can’t change the channel as there is no remote. Only one person in the room can view the small TV and it is so far away from the bed it’s almost impossible to see anyway. The temperature in the rooms and facility is a huge concern as it is not regulated. It is sweltering in some rooms and the main hallways and freezing in other rooms. That being said, the staff is very good. They are caring and attentive. They have a good therapy department and a good sized gym.

I really respect the healthcare industry and the care they provide for our love ones but this place is rough. Entering through the doors I didn’t get a greet from anyone behind the counter. There’s a desk with a sign in sheet. Sign in and ask where your love ones are at. Not a place you want to end up in for rehabilitation or transitional care. For ME it would be a last resort. The air is stale and had a weird scent. The residents are jammed packed in a room about 300 to 400sq ft, 4 per room. No privacy at all, no temp control at all. If all 4 residents in the room are watching TV at the same time it can get pretty loud and you won’t be able to hear a thing. Looks like they have too many patients and not enough nurses. Just my opinion from my visit. Judging from the pictures I’m guessing those where from years and years ago. The paint jobs I saw in the rooms were real dark, barley any lighting.
