Jennifer was very helpful. From when I initially contacted her up to when we found a place for my mother. She had the resources and personal relationships with the facilities. She was able to work very well with our budget and providing a quality and reasonable level of care. She has made this process so much smoother than I could of imagined. Jennifer was an amazing help in a really difficult situation involving a senior with a lot of problems, living in Sacramento, a daughter on the East Coast, and a friend 2 hours away. The situation is now resolved and I can’t imagine what we would have done without Jennifer’s help. She returned countless calls and texts so promptly, I couldn’t believe it! She’s compassionate, thoughtful, totally knows her profession and is a «real» person. We could talk, laugh, and take care of business. She’s amazing!
