i was in yesterday to redeem free food from the carl jr. app. this was the 3rd time I have done it, and the 2nd time I was harassed by the manager, Reggie. The first time, I told the cashier I would need separate orders because I was redeeming points, she didn’t know how to type the 4 digit code in and got the shift mgr, who also didn’t know how to do the promo. She in turn got Reggie, the store manager. I told him what I was doing and he wasnt happy. The way the app works is you collect points then cash them in for food. I earned 5 thick burgers, but was hassled when i tried to get them. Reggie insisted that I was trying to cheat them. I showed him my code and he insisted on writing down all of the promo codes(which were the same) before he would put it in the register. he didn’t believe me when i showed him that the codes were all the same. he kept trying to grab my phone rather than letting me show him. after this 10 minute ordeal, he scolded me in front of other customers stating” you can’t do this, you made us get an audit, you can’t do this.” REALLY!!! 1. How they hell did I, one single person, get a store audited? 2. there is no limit on how many points can be redeemed. I sent a complaint to corporate and got no response. This next visit(7÷9÷14) was just as infuriating!!! Again, Reggie hassled me about my points. once again, Reggie tried to take my phone out of my hand!!! He quickly backed off when my husband told him not to touch my phone. Next he stated that he thinks there will be * only one per customer per visit. When I told him that he harassed me the last time about an audit, he got super defensive arguing that he didn’t. Seriously, why would a person make something like this up? This guy is a serious jerk, he needs to get off of his high horse, it’s a flipping burger joint!!!

If it wasn’t for the coupons that give me big discounts on saving, I wouldn’t even swing by this location. Don’t get me wrong, Carl’s Jr burgers are, in my opinion, the best burger joint chain, but this location just sucks. THEREIS Lots of homeless people. Yes, there are a lot of homeless people who frequent this restaurant. Management doesn’t even care anymore because apparently one of the managers visibly saw them just walk in to just the bathroom//wash themselves up. Some homeless people even just sleep in the back where the staff workers hardly walk through. Horrible eating environment as a result. Not to mention, they will ask you for money… and it isn’t just a «dollar or two», they ask in exact amounts like«Excuse me, sir, do you have 4.05 I can get off of you?»

They are sloooooow here. Took forever just to order and then I feel like i got ripped off because I couldn’t understand what the cashier said and I got upgraded for something I didn’t even want. It didn’t take too long to get the food, but that’s because the burgers were already cooked and just sitting there, which would explain why my burger was just luke warm. The burgers were tasteless as well.

wow. just got back from ordering to go and this is the sh*t I get!!! who the heck takes a bite out of a taco(s), wrap it up and give it to a customer??? I will never return to this location anymore! If they didn’t close at midnight I would totally drive back there and complain! This is freakin ridiculous!!! Time to call their corp and complain!!! I’ll even call the restaurant tomorrow!!! so Pissed!!!

Worst Carl’s Jr ever! I eat at Carl’s all the time. I like their food and have eaten at franchises from San Diego to Redding. This one stinks! Here is my experience from the last time I was there. The mumbling ghetto-mouthed girl at the counter rang me up, then mumbled something as I went to pay. I barley heard her speaking, then noticed I was charged an extra dollar for using my debit card. I asked her about it and she said that’s what she was explaining. Debit charges are an extra dollar. I went to get a root beer and it didn’t work. I went to get a strawberry Fanta instead and that didn’t work either. I asked another girl about the root beer she she said it’s probably broken. After she stared blankly at me for a while. I said«Well, could you fix it?» She said she would. A half hour later it was still broken. She hadn’t even bothered. Thanks for the great customer service. The WiFi wasn’t working so I asked about that as well. Ghetto mouth girl said their manager has been trying to fix it for months. Months? Hello, change computer companies you idiot. I asked her to reset the WiFi. She said she doesn’t know how. Apparently it takes years of training and genius level IQ to turn a computer off, then back on again. When I got my burger it was cold. At first I thought it was just the patty. Then I checked and realized the patty was cold, the bacon was cold and the bun was cold. It’s like they put the lunch leftovers in the fridge and save them for the dinner crowd. At least microwave it for 30 seconds please. This is my third time at this Carl’s and I finally realized why it always empty except for some smelly homeless people. They are stuck at Carl’s because their shopping cart wheels are broken so they can’t push them to the Burger King across the intersection…

Had great service from Brook at register, and she made conversation w/me at the table(I dined alone) which made me feel comfortable. I LOVE the jalapeño turkey burger, especially the ‘no carb’ style(wrapped in lettuce). Yumm!

I love Carl’s Jr; however, the service of this restaurant is horrible. REMEMBER, never order a «take out» by actually going inside the restaurant, you will wait long enough until they really go slaughter a cow to make your burgers. From what I’ve seen, they often postpone«to go» orders until they finish making food for the drive thru and dine in. Despite the time, the employees were also unpredictable, really unorganized. Certain employee act bipolar, either super friendly with certain people. Or helping customers with an attitude. It often takes me to wait for few minutes at the counter until a cashier is ready to take my order. I often come to this place because it’s the closest Carl’s Jr from where I live, but really wouldn’t eat at this place if I have an alternative

I love Carl’s Jr. and that they offer a great low carb lettuce wrap instead of a bun. However this Carl’s Jr is beyond bad. I keep giving them a chance over and over even though my husband vowed to not eat at this location after his last meal had a couple hairs in it and my jalapeño turkey burger had a HUGE hard stem from a jalapeño in the burger. I decided tonight to give them another chance because I kept seeing the new cod sandwich on TV. I ordered the new Charbroiled Atlantic Cod Fish Sandwich in a low carb wrap(lettuce). After leaving the drive-thru I opened it immediately to enjoy it as I went through a different drive thru for my husband(since he refuses this location). To my surprise and huge disappointment it was cold! I took a bite but just could not do it. I ended up only having 2 bites and ordering something from Taco Bell while ordering my husbands food. I called the Carl’s Jr to let them know the situation because I honestly was that cold. She informed me that the lettuce made it cold because she watched them make it fresh. I literally opened it after rolling up my window from taking it from her hands and know it is not possible if it was freshly made to cool to that cold of a temperature from touching lettuce. They offered to remake it but after the hairs, jalapeño stem and now this I am also done with this location!

I would also have to say that this Carl’s JR sucks. My experience recently at this restaurant was so bad that I have stopped eating this brand completely. I utilized their corporate website to complain and was contacted however I did not recognize the number so I screened the call via voicemail. I did call them back and asked them to please contact me again, STILLWAIT. There is a wonderful Burger King one half block away that I enjoy now.

Dysfuctional amateur operators. Busy is the hardest part of their job. Charbroiled — — -an hour ago. POS system, who needs one when you dont pay attention to it. Carl‘s spec if executed perfectly still isn‘t that great. Obvious lack of franchisee control and training. Anything else? I spent too much energy on this already! Update 4⁄16 Rebuilt from scratch no issues.
