I live very close to this Carl’s Jr. and every time I go here they force me to pull forward because my order is never ready. I only order for two people. two meals and they always tell me to pull forward! I don’t get it. they want me to sit outside the restaurant when I go through drive-through what’s the point if I’m waiting 15 minutes outside the restaurant for my food?

I would give this place zero stars if it was an option. I went there today because I seriously wanted some chicken strips. I don’t normally eat here, nor will I EVER again. I’m not even mad that they didn’t have any chicken strips left, but when I asked for them the girl at the drive thru very rudely says«we don’t have those», and instead of giving me options or anything, she hurried me past the little intercom. When I got to the window, she never said«hello», never smiled and then very rudely demanded my money. She dropped all my change on the ground outside my car, looked at it and never apologized. When my food was ready, she comes rushing to the window and says«here» and basically threw my Luke warm, soggy food through my window. Her name was deanna. I will be calling and making a formal complaint to the manager. Lord help him if I get hung up on like I read in previous reviews. I’ve worked fast food, it sucks I know. But fake it til you make it, right? She apparently didn’t get the memo.

Last night I had the mushroom burger. When I got home to eat it, the meat was hanging out halfway of the bun, there was way to much lettuce and all the other items were not centered on the bun. If these people want to make more than minimum wage they need to learn how to make a burger. I should not have to rearrange the ingredients before I eat it.

Out of all the big«fast food» burger places, I enjoy Carl’s jr the most. This visit was no exception. I saw the add for the El Diablo Thickburger, and I knew I had to try it. I walked in, placed my order and sat down. I love how Carl’s gives you a number, and the employee actually brings it to your table. Unlike someone just yelling out«#112…#112!». I get my burger, and it is massive. A large beef patty, 6 jalepeno poppers, bacon, sliced jalepenos and a spicy sauce. As I am a wimp when it comes to mega spicy things, I left off the sliced jalepenos and ate my burger. DELICIOUS. Very memorable. You don’t get fast food burgers like this very often. The poppers were full of cheesy, spicy goodness, and really made the burger pop with flavor. The restarant was clean and seemed well maintained, and the employees were doing their jobs well. The only negative part of this location, is just that. The location. Not a great area, with many homeless and interesting individuals hanging around outside.

Although I tend to be more lenient on fast food places, this location is actually pretty good! I usually get fast service and my food comes out quicker than other Carl’s Jr locations. The drive through is pretty efficient too!

This place sucks. They are so rude. When I called to make a complaint the general manager John hung up on me.

I live around the corner from the place and this is the worst Carl’s Jr ever. The last four times I ordered the jalapeño burger, the patty was cold. I tried the buffalo criss cut fries and literally got a few fries in a box and they handed me a packet of buffalo sauce… The other people complaining about bums and drug deals and pan handlers is all true as well.

Don’t go here. Drive down the street to a different location. Used to be a huge fan since I lived nearby. That was until I found hair in my food. Why did I go back? Found hair in my food about 3 times at this location. Never going back. Do not recommend. Plus, why is carls jr so expensive for fast food?!

Ok, I don’t usually go off on fast food places because I don’t really have a high expectation for them, but this place needs to be shut down. It’s like the took the stupidest of the hood trash from the area that all failed out of high school, and let them run the place. I just ordered a western bacon cheese burger with no barbeque sauce and a coke with no ice. Simple enough right?! Apparently these high school drop outs can’t even manage to make that order correct. I got my drink back and it had ice in it, which isn’t a huge deal because it’s happened before but it’s still not that hard to do, my cheese burger was basically bathing in barbeque sauce, then when i go to get out of my car, the bag had a huge hole in it and it ripped and fries got all over my car. Don’t even waste your time coming to this trashy, pathetic excuse of a restaurant.

Good quick food but a shady location. I got my phone stolen here. I’m not saying it was an employee but… the place was pretty empty.

Fast food chain. Down the street from my home to grab burgers and Americanized Mexican food. The burger are like any other fast food restaurants. Nothing really impressive.

I am quite fond of Carl’s Jr. but this location is just not live up to the Karcher(founders) standards. It lacks enthusiasm when it comes to pleasing it’s customers. From allowing vagrants to hangout and panhandle, to allowing the burger construction to go by the way side; this location just misses the mark. I’ll snag a burger from here when in a pinch. Only from the drive-thru.

Gotta say I’m digging this Carl’s/Green Burrito combo. It is nice to have options, and this pairing makes much more sense than the Pizza Hut/Taco Bell combination. It is also nice to have cheap alternatives to Taco Bell. The bean and cheese burrito combo, which included sides of rice and beans, chips and a drink was only $ 3.59. And that was a good amount of food, enough to fill me up. The salsa bar was also solid. This location could have been cleaner(the bathroom was in unfortunate shape), but the food came up fast and the people were relatively friendly.

Three stars for the restaurant food and service, two stars for the location. The only ambiance is watching drug deals in the parking lot.

Im glad to be the first to review this for the first time, lets start off for what a good place, service and satisfaction. even thou i wouldnt give them a 4star, but neither a 3 star. so be aware i meant 3 ½stars This place has done some improvement, i been dropping on and off at this place for the last 5yrs, and well as we all know the carls jr franchises got a remake in the last yrs… and to some locations that has worked for good, some are unaffected, and some are not helped at all or take it down in service and quality like… the one in Watt ave and del paso. blvd… which if i were u i will avoid it at over all Well this review its about to start now. The inside and outside re décor gave a lil bit but yet different look, i think that after getting used to the old burger restaurant concept… i dont get too surprised about it anymore, like the first time i walked to a newly rebuilt carls jr… one thing that u gotta love its that 80percent of these places have the same outline dinner area. Food i think its on the same level as ANY good Carls jr, meat its grilled, juicy and burn as usual, with chunks of lettuce. which its. not cool, but. oh well, fries are soaked with oil, desserts are good and fresh and the best its that they dont ration the ketchups, dressing, BBQ sauces… Overall i really recommend this place whether u are in a hurry or plan to eat inside, i was so pleased that after 3yrs not being inside, i ate 2 consecutive nights. and i dont even live in the area. Service its fast, accurate and even that i my cheese cakes were missing after my order was taken to my table… they didnt make a deal about it and apologize… for it. The staff its friendly, restrooms are clean, tables aren’t often cleaned but i didnt had to browse around for one that was clean. if sunny u can always sit outside and have the umbrella cover u up with shade… but be aware that u might not get ur order fast enough unless u wait inside for it or advise the staff u be outside. The drive thru its been always good, fast and accurate so. no big deal, just make sure that as always check ur order, so that u get what u asked for.
