I had a craving for a double western bacon cheeseburger. Went over there at lunchtime and ordered a double western bacon cheeseburger and an iced tea. When I receive the burger the meat was burnt so bad that it tasted crunchy. The bread was days old too. I have never had a bad experience at Carl’s jr. But I don’t think this location cares about quality control.

I really enjoy Carl’s Jr. buns. They are soft and a little sweet. Great on the burgers. I normally don’t come here for lunch, but decided yesterday to try them on my lunch hour. Yesterday I asked for the #10 meal, no onions. They left the onions on. There wasn’t time to make a big deal. I removed the onions and enjoyed my meal. Today, I asked for the #10 meal, no onions. Instead, I received the burger with guacamole and no onions. This time I must call and complain. However, the number on the receipt is a fax line as well as the website. I attempted to eat the burger, but of course there’s onions in the guacamole and it was a bit too spicy for me. I went back, told them my problem and was given my correct order. The server was very apologetic and nice. I don’t know if I want to go back on my lunch hour.

I bought the sausage buscuit. I have no idea what type of meat it was but it was gray and literally peeled apart. It was the weirdest, nastiest thing ever. I will never eat there again and will make my own breakfast from home

HORRIBLE! I had a large order which consisted of 5 different burgers without certain things on it and when I got home all 5 burgers looked terrible! 2 of the 5 burgers weren’t even in the patties and all the things I did not want on them were still on the burgers. And when I called them to let them know about it they pretty much just told me there’s nothing they can do about it. I love Carl’s jr but please don’t come to this establishment as they obviously aren’t willing to correct there mistakes and comp there customers! This place SUCKS!!!

I love Carl’s jr. Always been a fan and I realize there are errors that can happen but over and over again ? Order 2 items 1 with no tomato ofcourse it came with a tomato the second sandwich was supposed to be a 6 dollar low carb burger and I was charged for this yet I received a regular low carb burger which is a big difference in size. The really embarrassing thing is the person working drive thru was who I am to believe is a owner because of her street clothing. I mean if she can’t get it right why should her employees, right? This is not the first time at this particular Carl jr. Drive thru I have had issues with order being wrong or fries cold. Unfortunately it’s closest to my work but I’ll just go without for now on till I’m in my neighborhood.

I really like their customer service, this one young girl took my order she was very polite and had a smile on her face the whole time, she made sure everything was right re-read me my order handed me my cups and everything was fine I believe her name is Blanca if I am not mistaking her name, the other workers looked really nice as well, I don’t know if they are getting paid good or not but their attitudes are really great, the restrooms were really nice and clean. And the food perfect. I’ve been to different Carl’s Jr s before but none have been like this one, definitely making it my #1 to go to.

Bianca was awful she argued with me for no reason. No emotion just rude! Sooooo why would you tell me debit charges $ 1 and credit is free. When I ask her what did I press to reassure myself she blatantly said idk what did you press? Seriously??? Very unprofessional and uninviting. I know it’s fast food but that attitude doesn’t belong.

service has always been good. drive thru orders have been correct. Foods always been complaints for this Carl’s jr. have gone to a few different Carls and this has been the best by far. staff has been pretty much the same. pretty good all around.

I am an avid Carl’s Jr fan and eater and this restaurant completely disappointed me with how they handled errors and unsatisfied customers. I visited and ordered, but the gal in the drive through was not listening completely and i was able to tell easily because of what she was repeating back to me. To try and make the long story short, we got home and realized the order was wrong for my boyfriend and my sandwich was burned, poorly made, and missing items. We call for resolve and someone says come back and we will try to fix it for you. We arrive and are told we have to pay the difference for the burger we wanted(which was what we originally ordered and was not our fault she did not hear the order correctly), or alternatively they could make us fresh food. This came from the shift leader. We opted not to pay any more being that the drive back to Carl’s was 20 minutes away. After some discussion, he agreed to refund our money. What baffles me is this costs the company more to refund our money and throw away the food, than to just fix the burger how we ordered it or compensate with additional items. Didn’t make sense and this was who they promoted? It was a one dollar patty. Principle in the matter to get things right and have customer empathy rather than a bunch of I’m sorry’s. My recommendation is not to NOT eat at Carl’s because they have GREAT food for a fast food chain, but do not expect great customer service at this location and please CHECKYOURORDER prior to leaving. Even if they stare at you through the window.

The manager at this Carl’s Jr. discriminates against senior citizens. I am 71 years old, but when I placed my order with her and asked for their senior citizens discount she told me I could’t have it. She tossed my food at me and spilled the drink. She refused to give me her name and when I contacted the company they just referred it back to her. She was very rude and as a result I have decided to boycott all Carl’s Jr. restaurants. I don’t know why see seems to dislike senior citizens, but she has no business working with the public and Carl’s Jr. should be ashamed employing a person with negative feelings toward any group of people.

Had a coupon to buy a Memphis burger and get one free so decided to go against the grain from my burger philosophy. $ 3 bucks and some change for 2 big burgers, why not. The barbecue sauce is the same as the the western cheeseburger, so it was like eating the western cheese burger. The sauce wasn’t drench, but that’s all I could taste. Yeah… I’m not a… errr… sweet meat kinda guy. The fried onion rings inside were smaller and less in this burger. It had a thin layer of shredded pork which texture wise I couldn’t tell it was there over the texture of the hamburger patty. I decide to deconstruct my burger and ate the onion rings and shredded pork on the side with my bbq burger. Cheap lunch though.

This Carls is much closer than others to my house, but I would really rather drive to the one on northgate than to go here. Once my boyfriend and I ordered two $ 6 steakhouse burgers and exchanged the fries for cross cut. the total was over $ 18(ouch), but the steakhouse burger is awesome, so it’s worth it. So, after ordering this simple meal, we waited and waited and waited. When we got the order it was all screwed up. The burgers didn’t have blue cheese, and they gave us onion rings instead($ 18 for two fast food meals mind you). I was a little annoyed given the wait. I called them to let them know of the mistake and they gave me one regular single steakhouse burger in exchange. If it were only one bad instance, then they would have gotten more stars, but it seems like every time we go there we endure an obscene wait only to get our orders wrong. I don’t recommend.

This Carl’s Jr is atrocious. The service is horrific! Something gets messed up every single time, whether it’s the burger or even the drink. Really?! How do you mess up a fountain soda?! The only reason I even considered giving them more than one star is because I do feel the Big Cheeseburger is delicious… for a fast food burger…

Sorry to say I am in Love with the Turkey Burger… Where can you get a fast food sandwich for under 430 calories… And feel good about what you ate… Wheat Bun, Turkey Burger and no sauce… Seriously ok to me… Especially with a Buy 1, get 1 free coupon… I love coupons, allows me to buy more stuff… The service is off and on, but the Turkey Burger is always the same… If you want to be really bad, add a couple of onion rings… Ohhhhh Yeahhhhhh!

With very few lunch options within walking distance from school, a classmate and I opted to mix it up by stopping into Carl’s Jr. for the first time today. Standing there waiting for service, it didn’t take long for us to realize that we should have gone the drive-thru route. The lone cashier on duty apologized and acknowledged that she’d be with us momentarily, but as we waited, a line of about five people formed behind us. After placing an order for onion rings and fried zucchini(I just had a mild case of the munchies) it took relatively long for my order to be filled. Meanwhile, I watched as the back of the house worked quickly to get through the drive-thru line. Awesome for them, but with only thirty minutes for lunch, every second of waiting is an annoyance for us. Although my order didn’t take forever, for only two sides, it took longer than it should have for a fast food joint.

Still feeling a little guilty about that dbl. western cheeseburger I ate last night, but man, those things can’t be beat when you want quick, tasty burger indulgence. Dip mine in the house dressing that comes with the fried zucchini… oh yeah! Once every 8 mos. or so, your fat, sodium & calorie intake for the day all piled on one plate. Don’t forget the chocolate cake! This location is usually very clean with lots of seating. Customer service is above-average.

We were staying at a hotel nearby and needed to grab a quick meal. Eww… We ordered a couple burgers, fries, onion rings and fried zucchini. Our hotel was literally around the corner. When we get to the room to eat, the food was COLD. We usually have to wait and blow on the fried stuff before the kids get to it. The burger was lukewarm and the cheese was completely unmelted and looked like it was right out of the fridge. Can you say food temperature health code violation? 1 star because can’t go lower than this.
