I was looking for a place for my grandmother, we had heard about the Château from my grandmother’s in home care agency. I was greeted by Mark Kubiak and he took me on a tour of the facility. The facility was nice and clean my grandmother was very excited to move in. She had enjoyed her time there at the Château.

I’ve been in many senior apartments and The Château @ Rivers Edge is a great place for your parents. Great staff and great food. There are a lot of activities for the residents to participate in and the staff is always willing to help. Take a tour, you won’t regret it.

The staff is very pleasant and I really enjoy visiting the residents who live at Rivers Edge. However, I have one major complaint about a certain staff member, the receptionist. As one of the other reviewers mentioned, she is very rude. I am in my early 20’s and she spoke to me as if I am some incompetent idiot. As far as I am concerned, when working with the public, the receptionist is the first person who most guests and residents speak to when entering and leaving the building, don’t you think you can show some respect? Especially if they’re unfamiliar with the rules and regulations of the community. I have had more than one rude encounter with her and I dread visiting one of the residents because I have to check in with her.
