I was really happy with the choice to go with Chris as our agent for our first home buying experience. We will continue to work with him in the future!
Chris worked hard to make our deal happen on a very tight deadline. My husband’s company «location specialist» totally failed us and all responsibility fell in Christian’s lap to find us the right home, in the right neighborhood, within commuting distance of multiple cities and also, guiding us through our first home purchase.
Christian opened his home up to me when I flew out and we did the whirlwind tour de California. We looked at a LOT of houses. A ton of houses. We looked knowing there were good things and bad things and questions about each. Within hours we were able to put down our first offer.
He’s also tech savvy, everything was e-​document signing (if you want) so we were able to make offers while still living in Texas.
He’s been there for us every single step of the way, from looking for a house to two years later — discussing the possibility of purchasing a new house.
