I was nearly assaulted this evening by two Russian men who worked here over a parking spot. I waited 5 mins for a parking spot and as I am pulling in two Russian men com yelling at me that I cannot park there. I told him this was City property and he could not do that. He got closer to me and was yelling, I was in fear for my safety when a bystander got involved telling him it was illegal what he was doing. I was scared for my safety and what these two men did was not right. They hit my car with cones yelling at me to not park there. This behavior is unacceptable, I live and work in this community.
