We went to this location for the first time with our almost two year old. We arrived with a little over an hour before they closed. We ordered two salads and a pizza. The meat pizza was really good better than we both expected.(I was expecting little Caesars quality) The salad bar was really good and they kept stocking it up until closing. The staff were all friendly we were offered ranch when the pizza was delivered and he came back with two portion cups he filled himself from the salad bar. We weren’t expecting that level of service either. About 15 to close I noticed an employee going to the back of the stage and thought here goes… She’s going to shut the show off and make the announcement that they are closing. To my surprise she didn’t in fact here came the framed Chuck E. He made his rounds and said hello and stopped to take a picture with our Son that surprisingly wasn’t afraid of him. We collected our tickets and only had 17 however the young lady behind the counter still let him have the whistle he wanted. He happily blew his whistle all the way home. We will definitely go back!

One god damn star… This place is utter trash ran by trash. We ordered a pizza 45 mins ago and it’s a Wednesday night and we still haven’t gotten our pizza yet… 45 freakin mins and I go up to ask the idiot at the front counter and she just gets on the radio and is like it’s coming out… Yea no shit! You milked the cow, processed the cheese then made my pizza… The kids climbing all over the chucky stage I hope get electrocuted, I can’t believe people who do this crap of a job want $ 15 bucks an hour

Simple, inexpensive buffet, fresh and crisp salad greens, yummy pepperoni pizza, apple pizza and the giggles of children playing in the background made for a nice fast lunch. Will be back soon.

Horrible customer service and machine kept taking my points when the game isn’t even working. my daughter had to swipe multiple times before the game started. at first I didn’t understand why I had to keep reloading her card til I was walking with her, then I noticed that it took her credits but game never started. I told her staff what happened and she didn’t believe me and said it does work. Never again will I come to this rip off location. this is a kids place for kids to have fun not to get upset and get scammed.

I usually like this place… its pretty pricey but keeps my kids entertained for a little bit. Today… Wow! What a rip off! I purchased a regular order of chicken nuggets with french fries, a drink and a side of tater tots for $ 15.16(yes 15 bucks) My order comes out and I happy meal…8 chicken nuggets my drink and tater tots… So I go to cashier to ask for my French fries… She tells me they don’t have French fries they only have tater tots … So I’m like I’m missing my side order… To which she replies … They all came together… 14 tots??? You’re kidding! this regular client is NOTHAPPY … Rip off!!!

This Chuck E Cheese has really stepped it up. A lot of the workers seem to really care about the appearance and upkeep of the place. Due to the close proximity of this place to my house I’m constantly bringing my son to this location and of course he loves it. Yes the whole ticket for toys system is lame but really it’s a lot of entertainment for a young kid for a decent price.

This place is actually okay. It is fairly clean and ventilated. It is not overcrowded the three or four times I have been there. The workers are competent and everything has been smooth.

Great family memories here, the smiles and laughs from our daughter were great. She used to love the tunnels and slide best. She would always ask for an ice cream on the way out. 3 birthday parties here as well!

Had my nephews 3rd birthday party here on 11−21−15 and we will not be back. The staff are the worst! Unresponsive to our requests and very lackadaisical about addressing our issues. I was also lied to by the birthday party manager when I asked him if there was anyone else in authority I could speak with regarding my issues. I found out before we departed there was a general manger on duty by the name of John, who I spoke to but he was no better than the birthday party manger… from the birthday party assistant to the entire management staff you all are the worst I have ever dealt with. I feel that we did not we receive our monies worth which was over $ 400.NEVERNEVERNEVERAGAIN Chuck E Cheese on Arden Way!

Attending a birthday party this morning, attendant was not timely, unresponsive to requests and frankly upset all of the kids. Never again Chucky.

Staff friendly and accomodating. Hadnt been here for a while and they all of a sudden have this card swipe thing! Not too bad – makes it easier than carrying around coins. This place is not as big as the Elk Grove one, making it easier to watch where your kid is running off to. Didnt try food this time. Unless cotton candy counts. In that case, my kid loved it! Went on a weekday and there were 2 other adults and 3 kids. Nice that it wasnt too crowded! Only downside – it smelled like an old building… u know that weird old building smell? Hmmm

It was 4th of July and was just near Cal Expo. We got there early and decided to kill time before the fireworks starts. It is surprisingly almost empty. This is the perfect Chuck E. Cheese day for me. Not a bunch of kids running and yelling around. LOL. You will get an invisible hand stamp that will be checked upon exit. Last time we came here, they were still using coins as tokens for the games. It was upgraded to a card that serves as a play pass that you can just tap and deducts the required points to start the game. It is more convenient and a more sanitary way to play. The initial play pass card can be bought for $ 10 that has 400 points. Each game requires either 10 or 15 points to play. For me, this is a good deal. Once the points run out, you can simply reload it from the counter. Kids love to collect tickets to buy overpriced and not so cool items in the counter. You’ll have 50 tickets for free upon purchase of the play pass. Another 50 free tickets when you buy food and another 50 free tickets when you reload. We bought the Appetizer Sampler for snack. It has fries, chicken wings and pizza bread. The fries were decent. The chicken wings were too spicy and the pizza bread was GREASY! Although the pizza bread taste good, cheesy and freshly made, the grease was way too much. Seems like it was cooked in a deep fryer! I wanted to try on their pizza but you can only buy it for a minimum of 6 slices. Too much for a Chuck E. Cheese Pizza. LOL. I hope they’ll have an option to buy it per slice. Overall, it was ok. My kid loves it! They have a lot of machines, games and all are working. I will just skip the food next time. :)

This location is really clean! Every one of the machines worked! There is a great variety of games for both toddlers and older kids. The service was great from the time we walked in till the time we left! The manager John was excellent in solving our problem with the ticket machine. The girls at the desk were even so polite and helpful! Overall no complaints here.

They have beer on tap! Wine too if that is your thing. Plus they have an animatronic stage and a tunnel system. Most parents will find things to complain about but this is a Chuck e Cheese and the kids have fun and don’t spend time to write a review.

Small but adequate, this location makes it easier to keep an eye on the kids as they go nuts with all the games. Pizza was okay, but the salad bar was waaayy too pricy at around $ 8, though it is all-you-can-eat. I was here for my nephew’s birthday party and that seemed to go really smoothly. The coordinator was organized, bringing out the pizza & cake in a timely manner, and was patient with the kids who’d had too much sugar to actually sing a full rendition of «Happy Birthday.» Badically, if you’ve seen one Chuck E. Cheese, you’ve seen ‘em all. Good times.

Horrible experience here! ! I dont like how the play area are far from the tables and when the ticket people see your children standing in line to turn in tickets, they’ll allow older people to cut in front of them and still serve them. Not my kind of place for my family!

We enjoy our trips to Chuck E Cheese! Should I even write a review for pizza? It is school pizza, obviously we do not come here for great food just a good time. The staff here have always been pleasant, the manager is always available and always asks how you are doing. My daughter was super stoked about saving 5000 tickets and finally getting the Barbie and Ken doll that she has had her eye on for a year, she went around telling every employee, how she won it and I kid you not, each employee gave her a minute of their time to congratulate her and made her feel special! So for that you get 5 stars keep up the great work guys!

We always have a good time(as this is one of my Goddaughter’s favorite places in the world), but there are good and bad qualities(hence, the 3 star rating). Food: I remember, even as a kid, hating the food, along with my parents. In the twenty years between then and now, they seem to have improved greatly not only their pizza, but other selections. Probably give a four on food. The wings are decent, salad bar here is nice, good pizza(not great, but rather eat it than Pizza hut, gag). Service: Good as well. Machines tend to f!@k up, and the attendents are always polite and quick to either reimburse tokens and/or give out tickets. Any other customer service issues are quickly resolved, in a friendly manner. «Ambiance:» This is their downfall, and its not even their fault. This just seems like every group that comes in here could be on Rob Arnie and Dawn’s «Ghetto, White Trash, or Other» segment. I have seen people who look like they’d attack me if I wore the wrong color, seen a gentleman with a swastika on his back, and twice have had tickets stolen, and even one time had pizza stolen(we went to play, and literally half our pizza was gone). Again, whenever this crap happens, the customer service is great and makes up for it. Great games, good food, excellent customer service… just watch your back. :P

It’s cheap. If you are lucky to go on a slow night it’s clean and not crowded. I would come here vs johns incredible pizza because of price.
