Clarion Shutters

Clarion had some plantation blinds made for my family 18 months ago. We love them. But, when one of the pulls that open and close one of the blinds broke, we called on Clarion again to intercede with the manufacturer. Though Renee and Reklai are very busy, and often out of the office, they were able to get the blinds replaced and installed within about 8 weeks. We were very happy with their service.

We have done two HUGE shutter orders with them, each time they DID NOT DISAPPOINT! Professional, friendly, FABULOUS! They make the BEST SHUTTERS AROUND! Wood or vinyl — we have LOVED THEM for both!

In order for them to be covered under warranty, you need to physically take them down and drive them to Sacramento or pay $ 125.00 to have them fixed.

I recently had Clarion install shutters in my home and I love them! The gentleman who measured my windows was very knowledgeable and friendly and helped me understand all the choices I had. In the end, I went for synthetic shutters and they were in my home and installed less than two weeks later. The installer was very professional and did a great job, putting blankets down to protect my hardwood floors and carpeting. It was a major plus that I didn’t have to re-​clean my house after he left as I’ve had to with most contractors. And now, my shutters are absolutely beautiful!
A word of warning: I had P&J come out and give me a quote before I found Clarion. The shutters they offered looked acceptable from 20 feet away but looked really shabby when you got any closer Their quote was good, but their shutters didn’t include hinges (or you could pay extra for them) and the guy who came out acted like a high-​pressure, used-​car salesman. That just put me off.
After my Clarion shutters were installed, I found out my neighbor got shutters from P&J and she let me look at hers. No comparison! Hers look so cheap compared to mine. I’m glad I found Clarion!
