This was our first visit. We were assisted by «Master Barber Rick» I’m not sure if he was having a bad day or if my expectations were as high as his apprentice level; but my four children had an awful experience and left with a head full of scratches. My children stated that he was very unfocused, had a shaky hand and spent his time focused on other barbers and clientele. This combined with old, faulty uncared for equipment equals unhappy customers that will not return. I will not be returning and will not recommend to my friends, families and coworkers.
