Hands down the best place in Natomas for all your vaping needs! Great selection and customer service… This place has the best variety of quality juices than most «vape shops» I will never go anywhere else to buy juices, batteries, coils or anything else. Thank you cloud 9!

Walked into today and wasn’t expecting much but it’s a pretty good Vape place to get get juice and vape gear. Guy there was very cool, helpful, and gave great prices. Will stop by more often.

this place is great! noor was helpful and assuring. for example, some places you go to the employee’s give you shit. just because your not familiar with the business. noor was patient, insightful on the product, and a cool guy. mos def a homie. i suggest this place for vape or anything that deals with smoking. peace to cloud 9!

I don’t even go on Unilocal but I thought that with the satisfaction I felt from this store, it’s only right to put in some good words. First off the store is very clean and easily approachable. The lights are very appealing and i’m always greeted upon entering. The employee, Nor is a very knowledgable guy when it comes to vaping and his products. There’s nothing he cannot answer and there’s never a stupid question you could possibly ask with him. His customer service is superb and he carries conversation well and in a pleasant manner. He takes care of his customers and makes sure no one is waiting for too long unattended. I asked him how business was doing for this location, and he told me it was alright. In my opinion however, it should be doing better than alright with the service and assistance I’m receiving with these guys. Highly recommend for anyone who vapes/​smokes. Great job Cloud 9 Natomas.

Charged my wife (non vaper) $ 9.25 for 2 Nautilus coils. Normally sold in a box of 5, from $ 9-​$ 16 online. Even if I paid the highest price I can find, it’s cheaper per atomizer than what Cloud 9 charged an unwitting customer. What a rip-​off. No wonder people prefer staying away from B&Ms and shop online.

The people here are very helpful and that makes you want to come in. Always friendly and remember you when you come in which means your not just a dollar sign to them.

The place looks decent when you walk in but the
Prices are over the roof. Found the same product at a different location for almost 40% off. Not going back unless they become reasonable with the prices. P. S. This was the first smoke shop that charged me for nets. Smh!

Noor walked me through the up-​grade I just made to a Kangertech Mod that I could afford and met my needs perfectly.
Having great pricing takes away from having to shop around or negotiating a «better price».
I only wish I would have found Cloud 9, Noor and Austin before I did all my shopping around and research. They would have saved me much frustration and I would have been as happy as I am today with my purchase,…just much, much sooner!

I’ve been to all the shops in Sac and Cloud 9 is THE BEST!!! They have everything you need, whether you’re a seasoned veteran or just starting out and everything in between. I just bought my friend that’s new to vaping a eleaf istick mini 30w with a Smok vaporchaser tank and they gave me a great deal. For in-​store purchases their prices can’t be beat. They also had all of my all day vape ejuices in stock. Worth checking out for sure.

This is the place for all your mechanical mods, VV, VW RBA, RDA, this place is a toy shop for vaping! The guy behind the counter is super cool! He will literally help with anything!
Now if you need juice this place carries Volt Vapes 3 monkeys brand, the flavor is on point the people from cloud 9 sample all their flavors before hand and make sure its on point. Every flavor I’ve had has been awesome.
Hard to keep anything on the shelves! So if you see something you like buy it! Or expect to go pay top dollar somewhere else.
The sources this shop is getting the product from is an absolute plus! I just picked up my plum veil RDA and this thing chugs!
