Ysidro was beyond helpful with everything, I had to do a return and exchange and most stores are rude and will try to get you do not return and he was super helpful and knowledgeable. I also have to say this is by far the largest Cosmoprof I have seen

Terrible customer service. The girls are unwelcoming and seem unwilling to help. I walked in and asked for help to sign up for an account/membership(had my license out and ready). They just stood behind the counter and acted like a customer’s needs were unimportant. They acknowledged me, yet there was an awkward pause as I didn’t know whether or not I was going to be assisted or if I was supposed to just walk away. I had to ask again which was even more uncomfortable for me. There was only one employee that was genuinely friendly and helpful. I didn’t get her name but I’m pretty sure she was Mexican and she was the only one on staff that doesn’t have a beauty license. Props to her for making the most of a snobby atmosphere. :) it’s funny when you’re licensed in an industry that requires interaction yet you lack basic customer service skills. A trip anywhere is better when you’re surrounded by positivity. Going to a different Cosmoprof would probably be worth it for you. Nice store, one nice employee, but the overall attitude needs improvement. Maybe you’ll be lucky and go on a day when everyone’s in a good mood.

This is a beauty supply store. Has a lot of items. The staff(Mimzy) clearly has not either been trained or is just rude. When asked a question Reg: products they carry. not only was she RUDE but while shopping We were treated to her personal phone calls trying to track down a gift for her boyfriend and all the intimate details of her relationship. With staff like that id see No reason to return
