Every time I go near the park, there is a homeless person asking for food and money. The park has nothing special just that it is next to Crocker Art Museum and there are some trees.

Very nice park! At any time of the day you can come here and see lots of people everywhere! Be it state employees taking their mandated 10 walks per hour or patrons of the Crocker Art Museum, it never seems dull around here. Horse-drawn buggies sometimes pass by from old town. You can even see events popping up here once in awhile. I really like that the park is far enough from the bar scene that no drunk bros walk around late at night looking for fights. There are sometimes a few vagrants sleeping at the tables, but not often. The park itself is fairly small. The grass on the north side needs to be cut a bit, but it does not look ugly. Overall, a nice little park to walk around if you are just passing through. My puppy loves it!

This park is right next to both the Crocker Art Museum and 3rd Street. It’s definitely nothing that I would say you should go out of your way to visit, but if you work downtown or are visiting the Crocker Art Museum, it’s not a bad place to take a stroll. I can’t give this park over three stars though because the grass doesn’t look very nice every time that I seem to go here and usually there are homeless people sleeping/hanging out in the park.

Great little park next to museum, old sac and walking distance to Cap mall. Shady and plenty of parking. Good staging area for running path along river. Hidden gem!

Cute little shady park right next to Crocker Art Museum. They removed the statues that used to be there :( It also happens to be the place where CalPERS employees head to when there’s a fire drill :)
