Lets just start off by saying i will NEVER book an event here. He does all his work himself so he is too busy to answer calls. I had other people help me at the front because he was too busy setting up tables for the next party coming up. OKAY.(not to mention, I am a customer that needs to be assisted) I let that go because I understand he is «busy». But when I had my party and THEYDIDN’T TURNONTHEAC is when I had enough. All my guests were sweating and complaining. When we went to go tell them they said«you didn’t pay for the ac» and after my family had to argue and yell at them for paying for all the services, they turned it on. I call that the worst customer service ever. I understand things that you can’t control but when you intentionally don’t turn on the AC that is a big deal. Ridiculous. I hope whoever gets him next will get treated better than I did.
