Dave recently helped me with a house I property manage. I was having an issue with the flooring, and he came out (on a Sunday!), helped identify the issue, and suggested a simple, inexpensive solution to the problem. In addition to providing excellent service, he helped ease my tenant’s concerns about the situation and created a positive outcome out of a very challenging situation. I would highly recommend him to anyone looking for a flooring specialist!

As the Office Manager of business with a dance room, we have used Dave’s services on multiple occasions to refinish the floor. He has always clearly communicated what he was planning to do and offered advice on how to best take care of the floor once he was done.
It has been a few years since we last redid the finish, but we will definitely be contacting Dave again when it comes times.
