Almost lost my case because they didn’t send all my medical records to the court, I basically won my own case by getting my own personal records and paying for them also, this place always was losing my records and not responding to emails or phone calls, these Attorneys are old and tired and no longer take pride in their business. I know other people who have had worse problems with them and said that they are fileing complaints with the Bar Association.

This firm is too busy to communicate with their clients. I only ever spoke to other representatives and never my lawyer. I could never get a response via email or phone on any of the issues I needed addressed.

Based on a family friend’s recommendation, we went with David Allen & Associates to appeal my husband’s Social Security Disability decision. With Jonathan Hendricks as our lawyer, we won. Jonathan is a bit of an odd character, but he was compassionate, and he got the job done, so that’s what matters.
Overall, the experience was fine. My complaint would be with record keeping.
We were diligent about updating the office with any new information, and sometimes that information did not make it into my husband’s file. For example, when my husband had a new doctor, medication, etc., he would call to pass on that information, and then we’d find out later the office didn’t have a record of it. If we hadn’t double-​checked to ensure the lawyer had followed up on the new information, it could have caused a problem for my husband’s case.
Also, when we moved after the case was settled, we updated the office with our new information. Months later, the final bill was still sent to our old address.
