Ok, so these four stars are solely for my experience here because I see it might be a hit or miss with this place depending on the room you get. Also my experience at this place may or may not have been affected by the terrible experience I had at another hotel, which lead me to book here last minute. My friend got here first and stayed a couple of nights before I did, and his experience wasn’t as pleasant. However, my room was spacious and surprisingly very clean. Everything(water, lights, ac) worked properly and I had hair dyer and iron in my room. I guess I had the remodeled part of the hotel? It was pretty quiet during my stay. Service was decent– they weren’t super friendly but they weren’t rude either(to me it’s understandable, I just assume they are probably used to and tired of dealing with some undesirable clientele.). They also have free breakfast. It’s not 5 star brunch but I appreciate it. A free waffle, microwaveable egg, and coffee is better than none, especially if you wake up hangry and need immediate satisfaction like I do.

My flight got canceled and I figured I’d check this place out because of the great prices. I have to say that I was very impressed with the quality of cleanliness and overall service at such low prices. Staff was super nice and helpful when I needed anything. Definitely recommend this hotel if you’re looking for a clean & quiet place at an unbeatable price! Thanks!

Called the Courtyard Inn now. This place is ghetto. Prostitution ring is based here. no joke. Seriously you might get shot if you go here.

This place is a nightmare!!! The first thing that I saw when I came into the room is a fabric chair that looks as if someone vomited, all over it before they died, then of course excreted the rest of their body waste on it. It was a no smoking room but everything reeked of cigarette smoke. Oh if that was’nt bad enough don’t get me started on the bathroom, I am married so I’m used to cleaning up after dirty men, but this was beyond foul. Ok so there was’nt hair shavings in the sink but there was enough of other people’s pubic hair everywhere to make due. Then on everything that I read about this place it says that the room has a Studio Refrigerator, Iron & Ironing Board, Complimentary Newspaper, AM/FM Clock Radio, Coffee Maker, and On-Site Security. All of which I just copied and pasted from the none of which have yet to make an appearance anywhere near the room that I rented, that is along with the buttons on the phone. I can take or leave those things but I’m being nit picky. The worst part by far was trying to sleep and not fear for my life or the prostitutes life next door, yes I slept(if thats what you want to call it) with my Gerber knife in hand. It was so loud with all the pimps slapping hoes and crack heads literally running around probably collecting the rest of the phone buttons. I did see the remodeled rooms and they look much better then the crap that they gave us, but not many people were in those rooms, and even then with all the other events taking place I still wouldn’t stay here again.

It appears there are two listings for this location. I wish I had read the other before deciding to stay at this hotel. Yes the price was very affordable, but there is a reason for that. The front of the hotel and the lobby appear to be remodeled nicely. The room was ok, but nothing great. To my surprise it was clean. When I arrived I thought, this won’t be too bad, but when I was woken at 1AM by some screaming woman, I changed my mind. She was yelling obscenties at someone on the floor below me. Let me tell you, that was awesome. The next morning I went to iron my clothes and alas there was no iron in the room. I called the front desk and was told I had to come down and get one because they don’t leave them in the room. Pobably because they are stolen on a regular basis, so they can be pawned for $ 5. Not that I minded having to to fetch it, but really what service, you can’t have someone bring it to my room? Overall this place wasn’t terrible, nor was it the worst hotel I have stayed in, but it does not merit five stars. The staff was less than friendly and the type of people this hotel attracts is not desirable. I would head up the interstate and find a nicer hotel and spend the extra $ 20 a night.

I hate staying in hotels so I was bumbed when work booted me to Sacramento for the week. I was expecting a pretty crummy place since my company is pretty damn frugal. But to my surprise it was nicer than the usual Days Inn. The place was freshly remodeled(staying at a place that looks decades behind is so depressing). And thank goodness everything was cleaaaaaan.

dude, for the price this place was awesome, we ended up paying like $ 70 a night, good continental breakfast, pretty quiet… and btw the nicest décor ive ever seen at a days inn… the manager was telling us that they bought all the furniture for from the West In hotel chains, anyways, if you ever need a place in sacramento, check this out… you wont be dissapointed
