The owner and head coach is Don and he is very knowledgeable in the sport and super welcoming of all athletes whether they are beginners or intermediate lifters. Come check it out!

I haven’t written a review on Unilocal since I was banned for streaking at an elite event. J/​K. I digress, I haven’t written in a review in a long time because really there hasn’t been a business that has compelled me to write one until now.
So I just finished my a muay thai sparring session in one of the adjacent units when I happen to gleam over and see row upon row of olympic weight lifting equipment.
I couldn’t resist and skipped my way over to unit C and talked to the owner about membership rates and when the next class was.
I came on a saturday and had a blast. The instruction is solid and the equipment is all brand spanking new. Really love the vibe here because it feels like crossfit without any burpees, box jumps, and wall balls. Not that I’m against crossfit. I just really love olympic weightlifting even though I suck at it.
So I took a chance and signed up. I already feel like I have a cleaner snatch.
