I experienced the best service of my property by Orlando Dolar. He addressed all of my concerns and went above and beyond. I hope he is always the one to get rid of the pesky critters. Thank you Orlando.

I have had two bad experiences with this company as of date. I am locked into a contract until March 2016 and fully plan on moving my business somewhere else and here is why.
We had a sales person go thru our neighborhood selling their services. My husband and I discussed it and because we’ve seen several black widows and our son was at that time learning to walk we decided it was a good idea to get the service. I signed a contract for a qrtly spray. The first time they came out was great… they called and made an appointment and called the day before to give us our time window and then came on time. However, that is when the good service ended.
Our 2^nd qrtly spray came and 2 months into I called as no one called to make an appointment. They scheduled the spray and I waited all day at home because I wanted to let the tech know of a problem area with spiders. They never showed up! I called and was given an apology and stated they’d send someone out again tomorrow. This time they did show up and sprayed.
Guess what happens the 3^rd qrter… I get a call with a time frame. I make sure I’m home during this time as I want them to spray inside our shed. Guess what no one shows up! However, when I call them the tech has it listed that they came to my house but they couldn’t enter the property because the gate was locked. Advised I’ve been here the whole time no one has been here and there is now door knob hanger stating they have been (not to mention our front yard it not gate and the lock on the back door was unlocked). Rescheduled again!
The latest disappointment — I’ve called into Dewey Pest Control about a rate problem in our garage. I was advised that a tech would be out to my home today, 2÷12÷2016, between 1 and 3 to set up traps and do an inspection. Guess what! It’s now 3:43 and no one has showed! I call in and was asked «Did some one call you yesterday?». Yes I spoke with the tech directly and you transferred the call. I have a 2 year old and I am worried that if this rat gets in the house it will hurt him. My son has no fear and would most likely go after it. I’m placed on hold and guess what they want to do… reschedule for Monday. I told them No… that I have toddler and I do not feel comfortable waiting that long as we can hear the rat scratching into the wall. They say they will be here some time tonight — no time frame. I will believe it when I see it.
I pay over $ 80 a qrt for a pest control company to service our needs and I am sad to say there service is really lacking. When they do show up they do seem to do a rather good job of killing off the insects. However, for the amount I pay I expect to have some sort of organization within the company and for them to honor the time frames they’ve given.

We had strange scratching noises coming from our attic and suspected a rat. Dewey Pest Control was able to come out in about three days and was promptly near the beginning of the 2−4pm window they provided. Their representative was very friendly, knowledgable, and thorough. He also took care to avoid tracking in the winter mud.
No problems to report. If I have trouble again, I’d call them first.

We’ve been using Dewey Pest for years and years on my aunt’s properties. Dee is kind, courteous, and always remembers me when I call. We’ve never met but she’s always done everything she can so we can get the properties treated. I think my aunt is on some kind of grandfathered plan, so the prices she pays for might not reflect their current rates.

Me and my wife have been looking needing to do some peat control on our home and have been putting it off for a bit. That was until Troy from Dewey Pest Control came knocking in the door. Troy came yesterday and explained the services that they offer and answered any questions we had right away. Today the pest technician Mohammed came and cleaned all the cob webs and sprayed area around our house. he was quick and efficient, even warned me not to let our puppy out for a bit while the spray was drying. Love the service so far and look forward to using them in the future!

I am very pleased with this company being that I found them extremely professional, thorough and affordable. McKay, a well dressed, young college looking student knocked in my door and said they were working on the area and offered me service at a very affordable rate. I was pleased with the pricing and knowledge during the service explanation from McKay. The timing was perfect because I’ve been finding spiders and more bugs than usual around and had been wanting our house to be treated. I don’t usually answer the door for strangers or sales people but McKay was very clean cut, with professional demeanor and in proper uniform so I knew it was safe. They company was wonderful, came out the next day to spray and will be back to follow up treatment on a regular basis to keep our home pest free. It’s only been a week or so and I haven’t found any bugs since so I know it’s effective! The office followed up after with a phone call the make sure we were pleased with the service. I will have them treat my business next!!! Thanks, Guys! Appreciate it

Dewey Pest Control is the BEST!
They COMPLETELY got rid of my spider and ant problem! I used to throw out snail bait, but they’ve solved that problem too!
Their sales reps are very kind and courteous. They seemed very interested in actually solving problems and creating a solution rather than being the typical, pushy door-​to-​door guys!
They go the extra mile and take care of far more than the competition! They hit around the entire foundation for ants and stop them from getting inside the kitchens and bathroom!
They stop problems with most pests I can think of and even help out with fleas and ticks. Also, they treat for snails and slugs everytime!
I’m very satisfied with their service and I would be willing to recommend them to any of my friends!

By far the BEST! TIm has went far and beyond what the «normal» Pest Control Service’s have done for me in the past. He’s always prompt and on time for my service day, he even will knock down cobwebs on the exterior to my house, (who does that!) I’ve had the occasional rodent problem too, this is not a one time fix all problem, Tim will always come back to clean & reset the trap but he also educates me on things I need to do to help control the problem, such as trim trees away from roof line, close up small exterior holes where rodents can come in. I’ve read the early posts and you have to work with the Pest Control Service it’s a group effort to keep your home pest free!

Had the same HORRIBLE experience with Dewey, who made my minor rat problem a thousand times worse. When I asked to speak to the manager (which was done with great hesitation, as Tim, my tech always told stories of how he’d leave dead rats and half rat bodies at homes who complained), I never got a call back. They continued to charge me but when I called them for a service call, I was told they cancelled my contract AT MY REQUEST! I never spoke with anyone because they didn’t call back. I knew they wouldn’t work for me when the psycho Tim told me he and the owner were going fishing one weekend. Good friends, and that is apparently more important than good service to paying customers. Tim was constantly threatening me against complaining in his passive-​aggressive story telling way. They are absolutely TERRIBLE!

These guys suck. They will charge you $ 89.99 every quarter for a quick spray around the house. Doesn’t control the pests. Call them to complain and they come back for another quick spray without explaining the situation. However, they are very efficient in calling a collection agency when you tell them that as a pest extermination company, they suck at exterminating pests. At that point, they will charge you $ 100 termination fee for your contract because, like I said, they cant terminate anything.

They came out to spray and since then I have seen no bugs. They are always very nice and respectful of my home, my pets and myself. Great rates for great service. I’m so happy I found you guys.

My Apartment complex uses Dewey Pest Control. We just moved into a remodeled apartment in February and it is May 31^st and we have had to have the apartment sprayed. We just had the apartment sprayed 1 week ago, it was the 5^th time and well there was a bug. Last time we had sprayed it last 3 weeks before the bugs came back. They are water beetles or water roaches. This Dewey place is pointless and deserves no stars. Im pregnant so every time we have to have the place sprayed me and family have to stay out for 24 hrs and its been difficult. I have a 4 yr old too and my children deserve better than this. Horrible service! Dont use Dewey Pest Control.

Very satisfied. All seemed to work with this company. Any concerns and they were great working with us. No complaints. We hope to keep them for many years.

Sale person will tell you one thing and the office will charge you more… switch and bate scam. BEWARE!!! They go door to door, I hate that if I need a pest control all call you.

Love Dewey Pest Control! I call if there is a pest problem and they are out the next day to take care of it. I have been a customer for over 4 years now, and have had great service the entire time. Their prices are very reasonable too!

Don’t waste your time with these guys. When you call to set up an appointment they will tell you the tech will call you back. He never does and when you call again they will think they have already come out and spayed your unit. They will even argue with you that they did. The right hand does not know what the left hand is doing with these guys! Go with North American Home Services. Termite, Pest & Home Inspections. I am very happy with them!
