It’s great to finally have a STOTT PILATES certified studio in Sacramento. This is the REAL DEAL. The instructors take their work very seriously and with something as technical as Pilates, THAT MAKES ALL THE DIFFERENCE. They’ve even got a super cool intro class right now that combines both matwork and Pilates equipment exercises for a VERY reasonable price. (thanks guys!) I lived in Sacramento for 4 years and I can definitely say that this is THE BEST Sacramento Pilates Studio that I have ever been to. Although I don;t live there anymore, my extended family still does and I can’t wait to get back to DFX Pilates for a Pilates class the next time I’m in Sacramento.
