Booooo! After having been a loyal customer for over 12 years, DirecTv refused to work with us when it came time to re-​up our service. So, since we were tired of being nickel and dimed by them (their rates are really rising fast), we dropped them and now have better and cheaper service with DISH.
Of course NOW they keep begging us to come back and are willing to give us the deals we wanted in the first place, but now it’s too little, too late, pal!
