If you are looking for color correction, blonde, ombré, etc… Hillary is your girl!
After searching the entire greater Sacramento area for years, I’ve finally found my salon! Let me start by saying that I am a client that has enough knowledge of the industry to know when a stylist doesn’t know what the hell they are doing and I can say, with full confidence that Hillary at e13 KNOWS what’s up!
I have very long, thick hair that had recently been through a series of failed color «corrections», leaving my once lovely ombré locks now a ridiculous patchwork mess of brown, blonde, white, with a dash of orange.
Maybe some women can put up with that but being the perfectionist I am, this hot mess wasn’t going to fly with me.
Hillary was very quick and responsive to my initial contact, had me come in for a consultation (very good idea btw!), then together we made a game plan. Not only was Hillary knowledgable (veteran in the industry), funny, and cool as shit, she was incredibly professional with her work. I felt that I could trust her completely!
Long story short, I am happier with my hair than I have ever been! Hillary, you just found yourself a client for life!

This is a last minute appointment kind of deal for me. My regular was being a bit odd making appointments and not cooperating with me so I decided to call E13 due to their awesome Unilocal reviews. I got an appointment with Chad. He was nice and polite. The haircut was awesome now mind you I’m not picky with my hair but I really like the cut. Thanks Chad.

Love everything about this location! The people are lovely, it’s downtown and easy street parking. And of course Allie is my go to… She is amazing with color. I highly recommend especially if you’re looking for something a little different and wanting hair with a lot of vibrance! Xo
