I placed an order on-line for one arrangement at 3:40 so I could pick it up at 4:30. I got there at 4:25 to pick it up and was told my order wasn’t ready because it takes an hour to make each arrangement(which the website did not mention this. The website said it would be ready by 4:30.). I was asked to come back in 15 – 20 minutes. I came back in 15 minutes and it still wasn’t ready. There was only one employee working and he didn’t finish it until 5:00. I had an appointment at 5:00 that I was late for because of this. And to top it all off, half of the strawberries in the arrangement were inedible because they were still green and white and the pineapples were too ripe and mushy. These arrangements are too expensive to have to wait a half an hour past the time it’s supposed to be ready and to have some of the arrangement not edible because the fruit either isn’t close to being ripe or to ripe.

UNfortunately my order was hijacked by 1800Flowers! I ordered online starting at this location because it was the closest to the delivery location. I placed the order and then received a conformation from 1800flowers. I thought, «maybe this is how it is done in the big city or something…» No. after my daughter was CALLED thus ruining the surprise delivery I first called 800flowers to ask if it was edible arrangements policy to call and ruin the moment for the recipient… I then called the edible arrangement location I had ordered through and was told they DONOT farm out their orders to 1800flowers. Therefore 1800flowers hijacked my order, ruined the surprise then sent an inferior display to my daughter that was much smaller than the one I had ordered. Edible Arrangements, BEWARE this is happening! Sorry for the bad review, you may be a very fine establishment indeed but not when 1800flowers hijacks your orders!

My daughter bought quite a few dozens of the chocolate covered strawberries for my birthday celebration. All I can say is bomb chocolate covered strawberries. A+

EH! I dont know what to say… I wanted some delicate fruits. But is sure quite expensive. Saw a few of their masterpieces and different prices, Im quite sticker shot. Hence, I had one delivered from a friend before, it was nice to look at. But eatig some of the fruits, some fruits were ok to munch on and some we’rent… I guess maybe some werent ripe enough or some where too ripe! Until then, I guess going to the grocery place and making my own and gifting it with Love will suffice my masterpiece and is very budget friendly. Namm sayinn.

I have had really good luck ordering edible arrangments in the past. However, I received one from my work after a surgery August 2014. The arrangement looked wonderful when I received it. However, looks can be deceiving. The watermelon, strawberries and pineapple were very good. But, the grapes were small and squishy, the kiwi was not ripe and the canteloupe was over ripe. I had to throw half the arrangement away… it was NOT edible. I hope that your experiences are more positive than mine and I hope that my work doesn’t see my review. I didn’t have the heart to tell them about my experience.

Came here for the first time 3 days ago and received great customer service. He helped me choose a smoothie and was extremely patient. I ended up getting the pineapple & strawberry smoothie. It was sooooo good, cannot wait to go back.

Well of course Valentines Day is around the corner and for some of us Guys who are busy seem to be last minute gift giving. This year i was ahead of the game and order my stuff a week in advanced. But long story, change of plans girlfriend has to be out of town for the weekend and needed to change address and update the order. I’ve called the(877 do fruit) number and they kept telling me they couldn’t do anything I have to go to the store which seemed very odd to me. I’m a full time student and work part time. I’ve called the store at first some lady answer seemed like she didn’t want to be there. Then the call was transferred over to Stephanie. SHOUTOUTTOSTEPHANIE you guys need workers like her, she was very patient took care of everything in a timely professional manor. After all said and done Stephanie even called me back to confirmed the order and made sure the store out of the city received the order. I come here often to get smoothies, which are amazing. If you haven’t tried the smoothies here, you should. My tip: add yogurt! Makes it so much better, and creamier! With that being said… Things that I’ve noticed that should be addressed to make this store a more inviting environment. 1. Don’t close your store 15 mins early. If I come during the hours posted on the door and on the website I expect you to be open. 2. If you have a rewards program(buy so many drinks/get one free), don’t make it a secret. I had to ask about it after seeing someone with a card and I have to ask for the stamps each time. It’s a bit frustrating since I had already come in to buy drinks on multiple occasions before finding out about the rewards program. Fast forward a couple weeks: now you don’t give stamps out anymore because someone was taking advantage of the system? Seems like an internal problem, please don’t punish your loyal customers. Your smoothies are 5 star, but your customer service needs improvement.
