It was my good fortune to have Elizabeth and her team list and sell my home in East Sacramento last month. From start to finish, she made the process completely understandable and professional. This agent is very unprofessional. My husband and I put in an offer on one of her homes. As we were preparing to enter contract, my agent tried to contact her as we had questions before signing the final document. She told him she would call him later friday night, then left a message that she would call saturday morning, then another message stating she would call saturday evening. She even stated that she had the flu, as an attempt to stall. Finally, she emails our agent saying they decided to take another offer.
Had they been forthcoming and not wasted our time, we would have been willing to renegotiate a price and/​or pay above asking. However, I refuse to deal with shady people.
I forgot about the bait and switch in the final paperwork, stating the house was an «as is» sale, even though this was nowhere in the MLS listing or the original counteroffer.

So you think you have a good real estate agent? I would challenge you on that question, because I have the best real estate agent possible, and am qualified to make this statement, as I have chewed through a few of them. Not only did I end up with a fantastic property, but knowing a wonderful person. What made Elizabeth a great agent for me, was that she took the time to listen to me and not project to me. She acted as a true consultant and provided value through education. She made it fun to go out and look at properties. Elizabeth and I were faced with a major challenge on a home that we were locked on, she persevered and stayed with the deal, like I have never seen, she was in it to win it, and we won on this fantastic deal. I will use her again and again and would recommend her to anyone looking to buy and/​or sell. She was referred to me and I would make a heavy recommendation for her services to anyone seriously looking to upgrade their agent.
